My iPhone 4 is not allowing me to put music on it. It connects to iTunes, but does not sync nor does it allow me to upload music to it. This has been a problem since the iOS 6.1.3. Update. What can I do?

I really need help with this. It's been going on for a while now, and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to wait until the next update. All I know is that my iPhone 4S, isn't allowing me to put music on it.

The next iOS update won't change this.
Are you able to transfer anything else from your iTunes library and computer via the iTunes sync process such as a movie, TV show, podcast, audio or print book, apps, and photos from your computer?
What is selected under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes.

My iPad has been going crazy since the iOS 5.0.1 update.

Touch screen seems to be selecting things on its own and it types on its own. Pages in iBook turn by themselves and the screen keeps flashing. Sometimes, it won't let me move beyond a certain point on the screen. Happens about once an hour. Turning it off helps, but it usually starts again. Any way to go back to ios 5.0? Downgrading the iOS is not supported. Have you tried closing all apps completely and doing a reset and seeing if that helps ?
To close all apps, from the home screen (i.e. not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
To reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I figured it out! I don't fully understand why, but when I uninstall ESPOINAGE 2 from my laptop, sleep works fine now.. Weird!

As the other person that replied, I have no issues with my 4S on iOS 7.0.2. What user troubleshooting have you tried? Restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. Try double tapping on the home button, swipe upwards to force closed the camera app, then do a reset. That is holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot. This will have not affect on your data. Try opening the camera app again and see if it works.
One last question. You say that it shows a standard size picture of the picture where you started. Is this when you are looking at the picture you tried to take in the Camera Roll?

My iphone 5 has been very slow since the ios 7.1 update.

The internet conection has been lagging and takes so long to connect to websites and look a pictures and videos. I have never had an issue since I bought the phone last May. Anyone else? I am on the 3G network and all the bars are either full or behind on one. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sync is only oneway, from PC to your device. Unless you have the music on your PC, iTunes is going to wipe out what you have on your device if you are syncing to a new library.
You can only transfer Purchased music over to Itunes on your PC.

As for you own music, you may have to use a third party software. A good Free one is called Sharepod which you can download from Download.com here:

Both the download and cookie exception dialogs are empty. I know there are entries there but I can't see them. This has been a problem since release 5.0 on Mac OSX.

They're empty, no entries. When I download a file I can see the download progress but once the download is finished the entry disappears.
The Cookie Exceptions list is always empty. But I know the list contains entries because I have Firefox configured to ask me about allowing cookies. So there should be many entries with sites either allowed, allowed for session, or denied.

I had the same issue: Exception list empty, but exceptions still present.
I've inspected my permissions.sqlite file and found an entry with permission set to -1. After changing this to 1, all exceptions were visible again.

Under options/tabs: open new windows in a new tab instead does not work. many sites open their popups or new windows NOT in a tab as it should. How to solve this, has been a problem in the last versions incl. the latest.

SInce the iOS 5.1.1 update I can no longer connect to our Bose Sounddock via Bluetooth on both of our iPads. I can still connect to the Sounddock via bluetooth with my iPhone as I have not completed the iOS upgrade. The speaker still works because i have obtained a hard line connection to the iPads and via bluetooth to the iPhone as discussed. Any suggestions?
