It was hacked. There is no such thing as an "unlock code" for an iPhone and only the carrier it is locked to can legally authorize unlocking it.
The only thing we can suggest is contact AT&T and find out if it qualifies for a legitimate unlock. It may no longer be possible to successfully process a legitimate unlock, even if it qualifies, depending on the exact nature of the hack.
You'll have to look for help elsewhere.

If Vodafone does not provide a nano-SIM card, there are no suggestions. Not only is the nano-SIM card smaller, it is also thinner, so cutting a micro-SIM card down to size wouldn't be enough to fit.

I've updated my Iphone but cannot activate it? When I try through wifi it says the activation server is unavailable try later and I've been doing this for 5 hrs now. When I try to activate it through Itunes it says there's no SIM in the phone when there is. The phone worked perfectly before the updating of the software? Can anyone help?

I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro - Student and Teacher Edition but cannot activate it even after it has deactivated and replaced my old Acrobat 8. How do I get a serial number and activate the product?
I have the same problem. Have paid. Messages say I have downloaded it but the file is inaccessible apparently download is somewhere on my hard disk. How do I find it?? Is there not help at an Adobe phone service. If so what is the number to call??

Only the carrier that the iPhone was locked to can unlock. There you go, hacking void any support from this forum.

Delete your mail account from Mail preferences and set it up again using the Mail Server Information.

"Cannot Send Mail
The connection to the outgoing server "......" failed.I was facing similar problems. I could easily send email from all of my accounts at work, because we have our own mail server, and I could make sure I had the correct settings. However, at home I had to use edge. Sending mail over WiFi was a no-go. Your idea to use the gmail smtp server was the perfect answer. Now my email is sending no matter what network I am on. Thanks.

I need to deactivate it because we are getting rid of the computer it is on and are buying a new one. When I go to Help there is no Deactivate option. The only options are: "Help", "Hide Coach", "Tip of the Day", "Adobe Website", "Technical Support Website", "Frequently Asked Questions", "Check for Updates", "Register", "Download e-License..." (Greyed out), "Return e-License..." (Greyed out) and "About Adobe Visual Communicator 3". I spoke with support through chat and they said my product was no longer supported.

Just bought Iphone 3GS updated it but cannot activate??
Hi I have recently bought an Iphone 3GS on EBay (advertised as unlocked) I connected it to Itunes and updated it to 6.1.3 now I cannot activate it.
Is there a way I can access the phone at all to get the EIME number as I know that support will ask for that when i contact them.
HELPIf you purchased a phone on Ebay advertised as unlocked, then it has probably been jailbroken to unlock it which is why it won't activate.
Not a lot you can do now so think on!
