I should have also said that the only reason this is causing me an issue is because I have bought a new phone and I want to sell this one. But I cannot erase all data because I cannot turn off find my phone because it keeps asking for the password for an account which no longer exists…. have tried so many suggestions but nothing is working...

Hi I'm having trouble downloading Adobe Creative Suite 6 teacher student addition on my mac i have downloaded it and i received a redemption coad and a serial number but when i entered the serial number it says its invalid... Please help!

i got my friend to help not sure if your having the same problem but i had to download stuffit expander from the app store to expand the zip files that you initially download you should be able to open them and enter serial number from there
don't know if that helps theres no where that tells you how to do that so its extremely frustrating..

Welcome to the Apple community.
Once three iCloud accounts have been created on any iOS device, it can you no longer be used to create any more accounts, regardless of what you do to it. You will need to use a computer or another iOS device to create your account and then use the details to log into your account on your phone. -
My iPod does not update it self in iTunes. I click on the "update the latest version for your iPod" and it fails. Please help me.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I'm continually getting a pop-up message on my iPhone asking me to enter my Apple ID password for a email address I no longer use. How do I make it stop?
If you are signed into your current iCloud ID you shouldn't be prompted for the old ID unless there is another service still signed into it. Check the ID in iMessage (Settings>Messages>Send & Receive), FaceTime (Settings>FaceTime), Game Center (Settings>Game Center), the iTunes store (Settings>iTunes & App Store), etc. to make sure you aren't still signed in with the old ID. If you are, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with the new ID.

ITunes keeps asking me to enter my Apple ID info
iTunes ony my macbook and iPhone keep asking me to log back in than says my password is incorrect. So I make a new password and am able to login. Next time I go to my macbook or phone and start iTunes it ask for my password again and than says my new password is incorrect. So I have to make yet another new password. Whats going on here? Any help is greatly apprecieated seeing as this is getting very annoying

I managed to be able to subscribe to a few magazines, but when I try to view my Apple ID via the iPad or iTunes, it seems to get stuck in a loop and repeatedly asks for my password which is correct. I end up cancelling out of it and get nowhere. I have reset my password and tried different devices with no luck. All I’m trying to do is turn off ‘auto-renewing’ for my magazine subscriptions.

Almost every time I enter the mail app, and randomly throughout the day, my iPhone keeps popping this box up asking for me to enter my iCloud password. I enter it and it goes away. I know the password I'm entering is correct, but, my question is - why is this happening? I've had every iPhone ever made and just recently bought the 6 Plus and this is the first time ever I've encountered the issue. Any help on getting this annoying popup to stop is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Try signing out of the acount comletely and then signing back in again. If it doesn't help and you have more devices, sign out everywhere and try again.

I've just purchased an iPad and I'm trying to buy apps from the app store but I keep getting asked to enter my Apple ID password.
I enter it, then it loads for a second, then asks again. Please note I am not entering an incorrect password.
I can download free apps like dropbox, but for some reason I cannot get past this Apple ID request. I even changed my password, no help.

I have a new email address with which I can sign into iCloud, but once there it says to enter password for my old email address and I forgotten it. What next?
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

Ive tried to connect to the school wi-fi before, and it failed. now i just got given the password and i can't even connect to it, because it won't give me the enter password option. And i can't even forget the network because its not saved on my mac!
So now whenever im at school, it will try and attempt to connect to the school wifi, but always fail due to an issue? and i don't have the option to re-enter password! Even tho the network isnt saved on my macbook!
PLEASE HELP!Nyxaelia, you can create a new Location in the Network System Prefs where you could have one setup for school and one setup for home. When you have more than one Location in Network, you will get a Locations menu in the Apple Menu where you can switch easily between the two.
On the Location popup menu, select Edit Locations. Select Automatic, then select Duplicate Location from the gear menu button. Rename each one for the specific location, and set each one up as required. -

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
