My Iphone 4 keeps on resetting to factory settings every couple of days and deletes all of my data, contacts and information and it does not recognize any update made on it. i need help

If you cannot remember the email address you used as your apple ID, try iforgot.apple.com.
Once you know your apple ID, you can try to reset your password. -

I keep having a script run while I am playing Battle Pirates a face book game or am on Face Book trying to post something. Every time it runs it freezes the darn game and I have to click and click on the screen before a box pops up with a long string and asks if I want to stop the string. what can i do to stop it from running in the first place ? HT203899 My iPhone 4S keeps on resetting while charging.
My iPhone 4S keeps on resetting (show Apple logo and peep with about 20 sec intervals) while charging. This happens since the last iOS update (may be co-incident). Anybody with advice to resolve?
I seem to have this problem as well, and only after iOS 8.3. Repeatedly reboots while charging/connected to Mac. My workaround which seems to work: ensure the screen is turned ON while charging/connected. Go to Settings>General>Auto-Lock, set to "Never". Then turn down the brightness all the way to save your battery power. You can revert to your original Auto-Lock setting when done charging. Hope this helps. We need a fix for this annoying bug asap.

The wheel that shows your downloading something on my iPhone 5 will not stop spinning. What can I do to stop it? I have shut down all apps, restarted my phone as well I have pushed the power button & home button at the same time. Still no luck.
If restart and reset don't solve this problem then something must be being started when your iPhone starts up that cannot complete.
You might consider restoring your iPhone to Factory via iTunes. -
My Iphone 4 crashed and I lost my entire contact list. I restored it to original factory settings but in trying to restore my data from my laptop via Itunes.. this was the feedback: Itunes could not restore the Iphone Dr Johnny Siu Chong because the Iphone refused the request.
I cannot get help from Apple support because i am being asked to supply the serial number which is stored on the phone and I cannot restore my data in the first place. I am reluctant to "Set up as a new Iphone" since I don't know whether if I do I may not then be able to access my data from Itunes...
Please advise what to do. I did not see any tutorials on Youtube to help me with this.

If you resintall iTunes, it should fix the issue. The following document will go over how to remove iTunes fully and then reinstall. Depending on what version of Windows you're running you'll either follow the directions here:

I would "guess", since you were in the middle of backing up, your backup is corrupt & most likely unusable. Only one way to find out though, & that's by trying to restore from that backup. If your pics are not there, they are gone.

if you have a Mac or a PC with iTunes installed you may be able to do this. If your screen is broken but your iPhone still reacts to touch you have to just turn it off, and if your iPhone doesn't respond to touch, you have to hold both home and power buttons for about 7 seconds (it might not work from the first try) so that it shuts down. Afterwards get your lightning to USB cable connected to the computer but not to the phone. You hold your phone's home button and while holding it, you connect it to the cable, iTunes should say something like "iTunes detected iPhone in recovery mode"and a window with a restore button should pop up. You click on the restore button and iTunes will walk you through the process afterwards. If the iPhone has Find my iPhone feature activated you will have to enter your Apple ID password at the activation process after the iPhone is restored.

Try a reset. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously, ignoring the red power off slider, until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. This should not affect any content on the iPad, it is similar to rebooting your computer.
If that doesn't help, then restore the iPhone to the factory settings. -
I have IPhone 6 and when I using Viber Siri is actives itself ones I turn it off is actives my player itself as well. What can I do to stop that happen.

If I understand correctly, your iPhone cellular data is dropping periodically, but you can still make calls. I would use the troubleshooting in the following article to help resolve the issue here:
If you see No Service in the status bar of your iPhone or iPad
Follow these steps, testing after each.
Tap Settings > Enable Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn off airplane mode.
Restart your device.
Remove the SIM card. If the SIM card is damaged, worn, or bent, or if it's too big or small for the SIM tray, contact your carrier for a new one. Then reinsert the SIM card.
Check for a carrier-settings update: Connect to a Wi-Fi network, tap Settings > General > About, and install any available carrier-settings updates. If you can't connect to Wi-Fi, connect your device to a computer that has iTunes.
Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset all network settings, including Bluetooth pairing records, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN, and APN settings.
Contact your carrier to check for any network or account issues.
Restore your iPhone.
