If you live in a Region that allows re-downloading Music...
Delete the Song(s) and re-download...

Hi, I've just installed mavericks but my HPc4180 will not print and is showing a 'blank' page in previews can anyone help me?
A few suggestions for you:
Try:
uninstall all HP utilities or other HP apps on your Mac
see if there is updated software on the HP website
go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Print
control-click on your printer in the column on the left
select "Reset Printing System..." and "reset" in the dialog that follows
Do a factory reset on your printer
go back to printers & scanners and it should see your printer and download a driver for it from Apple -

You're best bet for third-party applications is to contact the manufacturer, if assistance in the forums does not produce good results. For the Bubble Bazinga widget, contact the manufacturer Rastaduck. I have emailed them today for this issue as well. Hopefully, they will respond with a solution. When you get to their mail page, there is a Mail option on the left.

Captivate 7 course does not track or bookmark when using Fire Fox browser. Can anyone help me???
We recently switched from using EI to Fire Fox. When we switched my Captivate 7 course is now not bookmarking or tracking in the LMS. Prior to the switch the course was working fine. Bookmarking and tracking as it should.
I only have Windows 7 handy to test...

On a non-secure (HTTP) page, it worked as designed and populated a page with reference info. When I clicked import it took me to another page, I guess a login is needed to do that.
On a secure (HTTPS) page, it opened only a blank tab and triggered a mixed active content block in the secure page. To work around that, I edited the bookmarklet to this code:

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.

What is "locked", the phone or the laptop? When you say locked, what symptoms are you seeing that makes you say it is locked?
Without a working sleep/wake button, then you cannot perform the basic user troubleshooting steps. Your only choice at this point is to let the phone's battery die and see if you can get it reset by then plugging it into the charger. -
Ok so I use an hdmi connector on my iPhone 4S to watch netflix. But after I updated to iOS 7 it will not work my tv doesn't receive a signal. Does anyone have any insure to this please help .!.!.
The 8 pin Lightning connector can only output 720p and lacks all iPod Out functionality unlike the full iPod Out functionality and 1080p that the 30 pin connector has and I suspect that they are coding iOS 7 specifically for the new devices which have severely reduced abilities and perhaps skipping adding the code needed for 30 pin devices to use their functionality with HDMI, etc.

Most of your purchases content can be downloaded again via the Purchased tabs in each of the store. I realize that this will be a problem for the iTunes Store on the iPad, but that has nothing to do with apps, since apps are in the App Store.
If you backed up synced with iTunes before you restored the iPad, your content should be in iTunes on your Mac and you should be able to sync it back again. -
Hi Just wondered if anyone can help with the above question? I had O2 phone unlocked and bought a local sim card, but although the calls are fine i have no option for internet etc. I have done searches and got the info details from the sim provider to activate, but instructions say i go to : Settings; General; Network and then Celluar Data Network, but I dont get that option ? When i put back my O2 sim card, the option reappears?
Can anyone help me please? Off to Australia again soon and really could do with it working properly this time.

I have a 4 S running iOS 5.01 is there an option in Settings - Network - Carrier? As this should be set to the supplier of the sim card. In my Settings - Network there is no option for Celluar Data Network.
What version of the iOS are you using?
Some prepaid sim cards may not have a lot of data, so I suggest searching the companies websites for the best deals before you come here. Telstra usually have good plans. If you take your phone to the shop you purchased the sim card from they will usually set it up for you.
Telstra runs on a different frequency to others and offers the best coverage in Australia.
Just for the record I am not an employee of any mobile company. -
I am trying to set an open DNS using the MacAir. But when I tried to flush the existing one at utilities/terminal, it will not work. I am using Yosemite. May I know what should be the command line so that I can shift to an open DNS? Thanks

Thank you for your response, I went throught each and every step without any luck, even got the recovery programme, and painstakingly tried to sift through all that mumbojumbo to find what i needed. finally found the bookmark bit, but it had been fully overwritten :(, so on reading about previous ff versions, found the sqlite thingys, and they were relatively unscathed(partly written over, but saveable apparently TG), saved them to adiff drive, amongst other possibly good folders. Then looked up how to install them, and it said to close FF, and install to profile folder.
So i tried to close FF, and the original problem from a few days ago, where it asked me if 'i was sure i wanted to close this window as it has X tabs open', popped up again. This is where 'open blank page' selection was set, over 'open previous tabs'. Wanting to save that info on how to sort out these friggin files, I reset the Option to 'open previous tabs', and closed FF. After unsucessfully searching for the profile folder on my laptop, i opened FF intending to search online for where i could find said folder.
AND BANG, surprise surprise, the FF I had just closed with only tabs open about finding out what the heck to do, had disappeared, and instead my original saved tabs were up, and my bookmarks are there..... I am gobsmacked! what the heck just happened there???
I have made 3 back up in different folders now, of those friggin bookmarks. I am weary now tho of shutting it all down.... what if its back to the other pages I had with no bookmarks, tomorrow :(
