My iphone 4 says it can't connect to itunes store when I want to buy a ringtone for it.
When my iphone 4 is connected to my computer, I can copy songs from my itune list but I can't buy ringtones from the itunes store. My iphone 4 says it can't connect to itunes store?

May need to reboot router - check ISP for any recent firmware updates for router - Reset All Settings - Reset Network Settings [NOT Erase All Content and Settings -> As this wipes the device back to factory settings]
Work -
See the IT Guy and ask about any "Other Security WiFi Blocks"
Other locations [Secure WiFi] -
Try a location with a Non Secure WiFi -> As these locataions "typically" do not have a IT Guy to go to for questions regarding [Other Security WiFi Blocks]
Non-Secure WiFi -
Then try the steps below [Even with the others listed above]
Just because you may be able to get to a Secure and Non Secure Website on safari on the iphone does not mean the WiFi connection is "Perfect or ok" and I am not saying it is not.
Also take into effect servers for iTunes updates/Apps etc could be overloaded at that time.
You can also try a simple Hard Reset [Hold down Sleep/Wake button and Home button at same time - Once see Apple Logo release both buttons - Allow iphone to reset]
If have already tried these and have not contacted AppleCare Support try that too.

Apple TV keeps saying it can't connect with itunes store. Help?
Been trying to pull up purchased season of Breaking Bad. Got thru some episodes but now it's saying it can't connect with itunes store. Everything's updated and all other features of ATV work fine.
I've had apple tv since August and seem to have had to do a restore every 2 weeks or so, lost connectivity, can't connect to itunes or other errors. the restore takes a good 20 minutes even on wide band internet. it works for a few days then seems to go bad. read something online tonight about just restarting apple tv, presumably by powering down from the socket and rebooting. good luck.

Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

I bought my son a 1st generation Ipod touch off of Ebay. We set it back to factory settings and downloaded the newest version of itunes. Whenever he tries to download any apps it says "can not connect to itunes" I have checked the wifi connection and that is working (he can get on safari) and we have the newest version of windows. He was so excited to finally get his first Ipod and now cant do anything with it...please help

My question has not be answers yet,I am using iPad 3 and I can not get to connect to iTunes Store to download anything.
The iPad Screen is almost square, HD TVs are rectangular so will never be full screen. When watching movies, the movies native aspect ratio will be used rather than the iPads screen aspect ratio so will look full screen if the movie is full screen, but most likely will be seen in wide screen letter box format. with black bars across the top and bottom as that what most movies from iTunes are in, format wise

How do I fix this on my phone so I can access the app store and the new passbook app?
Did you try reinstalling the app and contacting the developer (there should be a contact link on the app's description page in the store) ? If you don't get a reply from the developer then you could try
'report a problem' link from the purchase history on your computer's iTunes instead of on your iPad : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.
