My iPhone 4 screen is frozen and the top button is broken
About 20 minutes ago, my iPhone screen froze, and hasn't changed since. The top button has been unresponsive for several months, so I can't turn it off or reset it that way. I've tried plugging it into an outlet and my computer, but nothing happened. I had my sister call it, but it didn't show that either. What should I do? Please help me ASAP!
Get it to Apple genius bar for an evaluation, make an appointment first.

My iPhone 6 screen is cracked and the phone is a little bent, however I purchased my phone in New Jersey but I live in Bermuda (an island). I got the phone in October 2014. Where do I send it to get fixed? And would I be under warranty?
Damages of any kind cause by the user is not under warranty unless you have Apple Care + (plus).
You might need to send your iPhone to a friend who lives in New Jersey for an Out of Warranty replacement. (Not free)

My iphone 4s will still work and is still turned on but the screen will not light up. its completely black and my top button is broken.
Apple won't replace an iPhone under warranty if the iPhone has been opened/tinkered with by you or by a 3rd party, but they may under Apple's out of warranty or not covered under the warranty "repair" price.

Found an Ipod in the ground.It's disabled and the home button is broken.Can I go to apple store and restore for me for free?
Apple might be able to restore it, but most likely not. You can pay apple $150 to replace it, but make shure to not mention that you found it.

So, my Iphone 4 now has a black screen. Before it did this I unlocked the screen (which has a passcode) try to open instagram and the screen flashed and went black. I can make calls and it seems to send messages but I dont know for sure because the screen is black. The power button (sleep) does not work and when I try to reset the phone it makes a call. I never synced it to a computer or Itunes and I didnt start photo stream. I want to preserve the pictures because it has photos of family members that have passed. Is there a way to get the photos?? Help please!
If you have attempted the reset, which is holding the home button and sleep/wake button, was it still connected to the computer? Have you tried to do that when not connected. You stated it never came on, how long did you hold the buttons together? If you cannot get it to connect to iTunes then you would not be able to restore the device. You can see if you can put the device into Recovery Mode by following the instructions in this support document. If that does not work, then you are correct, make an appointment at the Apple Store. my iphone 5s is currently being glitchy and when I tried to restart it, the screen froze only showing the Apple logo and then occasionaly turning red with a line through it. the phone feels warm and hot at times to the touch. I removed the case, but still nothing.
First try a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least Ten seconds... (But can take Longer)... until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.

My mail account on ipad 2 no longer works..seems frozen and the settings button is also not working
My I pad 2 was working great until tonight when I went to get mail...nothing..it was like it wasn't even searching, frozen..so I went to settings and that too was not working when I checked on mail, contacts..nothing would hightlight or work..all the rest of the settings were responsive.
Try resetting the iPad. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears and then let go of the buttons. Ignore the red slider bar.
You can try this as well if the reset doesn't work. Close all apps. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. -

I've tried buying new chargers and plugging them into different outlets around the house but the iPod will not respond to anything. The home button is broken so I can't reset the iPod by holding both the home and lock screen buttons down, and it won't even connect to iTunes when plugged into my computer. How can I fix this issue? The iPod never overheated or anything, and it still had charge left before it quit responding.
Unfortunately for you, the home button is necessary for reset and also to put the device into recovery mode or DFU mode. Since that is not working, and the device is not recognized in iTunes, check the charging port area. There could be dust, lint, etc, that is blocking the connection for charging, and connecting to iTunes. If nothing seems wrong there, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service provider, depending on your location. There is no other option.
