on camp a boy changed my password then forgot it and now its disabled and i cant open it without itunes and the laptop i had my itunes on is now in the bin can i still fix it and every thing like my photos and contacts is still all there?? please help
You need access to a computer, it doesn't have to be the one you normally synced with. You'll have to do this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808.

My iphone was returned to me and its disabled because I reported it stolen months ago. Will Genius Bar enable it so I can sell it on eBay seeing as I already got a new one?? I don't have a computer to connect to iTunes. Will they charge me?
Genius bar appointments are free. To remove the passcode on a disabled iPhone requires forcing the phone into recovery mode & restoring it, using iTunes on a computer. Whether the genius bart will do this for you is a good question. I suspect if you can prove the phone is yours, there shouldn't be any issues. Only one way to find out, & that's to make an appointment.

if they were being synced from an email adress and they were deleted from there, i dont think its possible...
you could try a recent backup, but i doubt it will bring them back because they were being synced from an email -

My Itunes account was hacked and my Apple ID was disabled. I followed the instructions from APPLE to backup and restore from Itunes but that did not work. Any suggestions?? Thanks!!
Are you saying that you contacted Apple support and they instructed you to backup and restore your iPad? Or do you mean that you picked up this information from an online support article? If you spoke to an Apple rep or received these instructions via email, contact them again for further help.
I fail to see how restoring your iPad would enable yoyr Apple ID. -
I was hacked and had to change my yahoo passwrd. I cannot get my iPhone or iPad to accept my new password so I cannot receive messages on either. I had not problem changing my password on my apple computer. Please help! What is the secret?
Delete the account on your phone & iPad. Then set them up again.

Facebook security is handled by Facebook, not the phone or Apple. Contact them.

Try using these steps to stop Lost Mode from iCloud.com:
Stop Lost Mode or change your contact info
Sign in to icloud.com/#find with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud).If you’re using another iCloud app, click the app’s name at the top of the iCloud.com window, then click Find My iPhone.
Click All Devices, then select the device that’s in Lost Mode.
Click Lost Mode, then change the information or click Stop Lost Mode.

You need to use the old ID and password to delete the iCloud account. After you delete the old account, you can sign in with the new ID in iCloud.

Thanks. Yes. But somehow it's already turned off by the thief. I am just hoping he goes to an area with free wifi to transmit the lost phone mode. I'm giving it a few weeks and i hope that the new iOS 7 function will work. That they won't be able to reset my phone without my apple id & password. I just wish I downloaded the app iHound before.
Oh and I called up our national telecommunications commission and they'll be able to disable my phone's function through my IMEI.
