I've been trying to sync it to my new phone but it's not working. All my apps etc have synced but the music won't. What can I do?

If your phone is jailbroken, we can't help you, as already stated.
If you're new to this and you're trying to download apps to put on your phone and it is NOT jailbroken, you can't do that.
You must go through the iTunes app store.

I just tried in my ipod nano 7th Gen syncing a video from iTunes. The format that the ipod nano will accept is Any QuickTime-compatible video (such as H.264 or MPEG-4). I have an mp4 format movie and I just transferred it to iTunes. Before I synced, I went to "movies" and selected the movie for syncing. After syncing, I tried to play it in nano and it was succesful. So I suggest to convert the movie that you have to the format I mentioned before you sync it to your nano. I hope I was able to help you in this way instead. Cheers!

Ever since yesterday, my Ipod apps won't open properly. I googled it, and couldn't find anything accurate. So i deleted all of the apps, and re-downloaded them. Now they're doing it again. When i tap on it, it looks like it wants to open, but then it goes back to the main menu. I googled it again, and got an answer saying to go to Itunes, uncheck the "sync apps" box, and sync. Then after that, recheck the box, and sync again. Many people said this worked, but it didn't for me. Also whenI go to sync my apps, they don't show up in Itunes. How do I get them to show up in Itunes?

I had the same issue. After searching around online I found out that you can try downloading another app (it can be any app) onto your ipod. After it finishes downloading see if your other apps open. You don't even have to keep the new app. Just see if your other ones work and you can delete the new one. That should work. If not, try to hard reset it. No, you can easily migrate your entire library from one working compter to another.
If you fail to backup or migrate your library and find yourself with nothing but a new empty computer and a device full of content iTunes is designed to only recover the iTunes purchased content, however third party tools can help recover everything if needed.

For what silly reason would someone expect media to magically appear simply because they signed into iTunes?
Media is only where the user puts it.
Either copy the media from the old computer (or it's backup) to the new computer or download past purchases from iTunes.

iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

The first time an iPhone is connected to iTunes that is used to sync with another iPhone or iOS device, you are prompted to transfer the backup for the other iPhone or iOS device or to set up the iPhone as a new iPhone.
The former does as provided - it transfers the backup for the other iPhone or iOS device to the iPhone replacing all data on the iPhone that is included with the backup being transferred. The latter does nothing allowing you to make your various selections for the iPhone sync preferences with iTunes.
This is designed to be done right away with a new iPhone.
If you don't have a backup for the iPhone with iTunes on your computer and don't have an iCloud backup that hasn't been updated since choosing to transfer the backup for your iPod Touch to the iPhone, the data that was on the iPhone is gone.

where on my computer am I suppose to make the individual picture files and have them to upload on my ipod touch.... I do have a photo library on my computer, but in the photo tab in itunes for the ipod touch and there is nothing checked for syncing, cause when I do check it it always says its going to replace everything i have in my photo library on my ipod touch..... So how am i suppose to have it checked and have it NOT replace pictures on it????
Also I cannot make more photo albums into my ipod touch, it just replaces the one album every time....

Are you using a proxy server to access the net?
Or another cause could be that your router thinks it's in its home country (probably china)
I just don't know how to fix it. There's a way but I don't know enough to advise.
You could try googling your router model and 'wrong country' or keywords like that and see if something comes up.

The last thing you want is a second iCloud account. Try logging out and back in in System Preferences. If that doesn't work, I'd get AppleCare on the line.
