My IPhone 4 won't turn on , I have tried holding the power button , the home button for 20 secs and it won't work , tried putting it into DFU mode and nothings happened , last night I updated it to 6.0.1 since then it hasn' t turned on , what should I do?

I suggest charging it for several hours, then trying again.

If the iPhone is recognized by iTunes, restore it. At the end of the restore process, when you're prompted to by iTunes, do not restore from backup. This will eliminate corrupted/damaged files as the issue.
If the issue persists, it looks like you may need to make a second trip to the Apple store.

I tried to restore my iphone 4 and recieved error 21 in itunes, while in recovery mode I tried to put it into DFU mode and then it turned off and wont turn back on or be recognized by itunes or pc. I tried doing a hard reset and no luck. HELP PLEASE!!!!!

That does happen. It depends on how hard the server is being hit, as well as the connection speed of your system. If you are on a windows system, you will want to disable any antivirus or firewall software during the download.

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you had one issue and then got a second trying to resolve the first. A frustrating situation for sure. my ipad 2 turns off by its self, it works perfectly fine otherwise, the condition is very good and it has never been dropped or anything. it turns off by itself and then i have to put it in dfu mode and recover it to turn it back on otherwise nothing else works. once i put it in dfu mode, the ipad turns on once fully recoved and restored to orginal settings but a few minutes later the process repeats, and turns off again. any helpp?

I've tried the recovery mode after my iPod disabled for 4 times, unfortunately the recovery mode didn't work so I tried the DFU mode.
After putting it to DFU mode the screen suddenly turned white then turned back to black immediately.

I had the same problem. I squirted a drop of WD40 in the headphone hole and then used a plastic dental toothpick and twisted it around in the hole. It amazingly worked.

You can do nothing if it's not online. With a passcode and iOS 7.1 (there is no 7.2) the device is uselss because it cannot be erased except by you.

I thought you could still restore using iTunes on your computer. iTunes would download iOS 7.0.4 (current version) then restore from there. Of course, this assumes you are using a reasonably current version of iTunes.
Anyway, if I'm wrong and you cannot restore, try recovery mode descrbied here. Note you may have to try to get into recovery mode more than once.
