The WiFi button is not greyed out or dimmed but the phone won't pick up or connect toany of the networks I have previously been connected to. I have updated to iOS 7, reset the network settings but no luck. Any suggestions?
If it's grayed out:
Reset Network Settings - if that doesn't fix it, then Backup and Restore AS A NEW DEVICE.
If it's still grayed out, unfortunately that means your Wi-Fi antenna quit, and it needs service. -

Try using wifi orelse first check whether the internet is working or not orelse check whether you haven't selected the 'settting' option under allow internet access in 'cellular'

iPads only support iMessage. You cannot send SMS with any of the native iOS functionality on it. There may be some apps in the app store that will, and certainly several messaging platforms (but read the descriptions carefully).

I've rebooted the iPhone 4 several times (holding the home+power buttons down for several seconds. I've re-installed iTunes and finally got the IOS 6.1.3 update.
The whole process took over 5 hours.
Now, if only iTunes would not give me an error message trying to connect to my iPhone - i may be able to restore my apps... :-( -
every time I try to export photos from mac mini iphoto to snapfish is says check network connection, but the internet is working great. I have updated everything i can think of please help.
Several people including myself are having the same issue and have contacted HP and Apple. Quite frankly, I'm surprised it's been an issue for so long being that photos uploaded to Snapfish = $$$. Lets hope they can work this one out, as of now, there apparently is no solution.

I have tried to update 6 apps but they are all frozen .
They either say loading or installing but are doing nothing. I would delete them and try to reinstall, but one is no zombies allowed and i don't want to lose the game I. Have built up, can any one help a novice???Due to security vulnerabilities, rolling back to Firefox 4.0.1 is not recommended. Firefox 3.6.18 would be the safer choice.
Here's the process to roll back:
First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Backing+up+your+information Backing up your information]. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)
Next, download and save Firefox 3.6 to your desktop for future installation. http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all-older
Close Firefox 5.
You could install Firefox 3.6 over it (many have reported success) or you could uninstall Firefox first. If you uninstall, do not remove your personal data and settings, just the program.
Unless you have installed an incompatible add-on, Firefox 3.6 should pick up where you left off. If there are serious issues, please post back with details. -
Apps tab of Creative Cloud desktop helper constantly displays "Download error. press retry or contact customer support". As well as reloading, I've also quit CC desktop helper, restarted computer, checked network settings, relogged in. Cannot download any new apps or updates. please help.

I have an I pad Mini. Since i down loaded the new update ISO 7, my I Pad is not running certain media files either from Chrome or Safari browser. I called technical support but they failed to provide any help stating the media files may not be compctable with new soft ware. I do bnot agree with their finding because i have I phone with ISO 7 updated soft ware and same files run on my I phone but not on I Pad. This was working fine before updating new software. This device is useless for me if i can not watch the program that i bought this for. I want device to replaced or taken back by the company. Thank you

I have an iPhone, i'm not sure what kind, but it won't update to ios 5 it has ios 4.2.1 on it and when i click "check for update" it says "this version of iPhone software (4.2.1) is the current version". I am using a mac with os x Snow Leopard iTunes 10.6

I have multiple iphones at my business that we take photos with they are all uploaded to the same icloud account. Is there anyway to tell which phone the photo came from? The info tab doesn't help because they are all iphone 4's.
NNot with the regular MY Photo Stream. You could use individual Shared Photo Streams instead for each iPhone, if the iOS versions support shared streams. upload to a shared stream is not automatic however. You will have to share them manually.

Ok the problem is very simple like i said in the title i can't seem to update my iphone4 to ios 4.2. I have already read every other thread there is about this and all they say is to turn off the anti virus and firewall. Guess what it didn't work, i even uninstalled all of my security products like norton etc and now i don't even have anything to secure it from downloading the ios it still tells me it got a timeout after a little while. This is getting tedious really bad.
Help is much appreciated here, thanks in advance.

Make sure that you're connected to a powered USB2.0 connection, end-to-end. If you're connecting to a USB hub, disconnect everything else from it while updating. -
IPhone won't exit recovery mode/ keeps saying "connect to iTunes"
I recently updated my iPhone 6 plus to iOS 8.2 everything was going fine, I was able to download the new iOS. I was updating the phone when suddenly iTunes informed me that I had to restore the phone in order for it to be updated. I gladly did. And then after a while, iTunes informed me again that the device could not be found (or something like that, "like the computer can't find the iPhone"). And it went into recovery mode. It just kept showing "connect to iTunes" on the screen. I have tried restaring and reseting the phone but it comes back to the "connect to iTunes" (even though it is connected) and when I try to restore it again, the same thing happens. It's stuck in recovery mode and I can't use the phone. What should I do?
A friend of mine told me that I should not have updated to iOS 8.2 right away because it still has some bugs (?). And that this is the reason why I couldn't get past the recovery mode. Is this true? Any insight would be highly appreciated. Thank you.Ooops sorry about that. It must've been 8.1.2 then? I honestly don't remember.. I wasn't paying attention when I updated since I regularly do it for my iPad, other phones. Anyway, whatever is the latest version of the iOS, it got me stuck in recovery mode.
