I bought my IPhone 4s at Best Pinole, California last Oct 16 ang got loss Oct. 18 at San Francisco International Airport Arrival. Iwas there to pick up my brother. The cellphone was between my legs.as when out of the car, the cellphone might slid from the chair and fell on the street. I just notice when we ate at the restaurant. My cellphone is gone.

Let it dry for a week or so, then try.

Iphone 5 got wet last week. Been in rice until today. It turned on and worked fine, I could see a water spot in the middle but still worked fine, 3 hours in it shut down to the black screen with apple logo. Screen stays up for 10 seconds ago and then goes black and then black screen with apple logo comes back. Any ideas what to do?
At this point it's likely that the iPhone has suffered damage and you'll have to take or send it to Apple for replacement. If you have AppleCare+ coverage on the iPhone, the cost will be US $49. Otherwise the cost will be US $229.

I know it was stolen because with in 5 minutes I realized I left my phone on the chair and then it was gone. I talked to lost in found. No help. I know for a fact some one stole it because it was turned off once I called it and it had a remaiing 45% battery left. Also becuase they turned off my phone there is no way for me to track it. what should i do?
YOu can report your phone to your carrier, in case thief try to use their network.
Not much you can do, beside change all your password, you can also report it to the local authorites. -
i usually turn me iphone 4s at night to conserve battery, however last oct 19 it has restarted when i turn if off.and it still happens til now.
returned it to carrier for check up but after resetting, restoring and updating the ios, still not fixed.
requested for replacement, but they said it might not be approved beacause the charging port has been burned(as per them).
i didn't know how it got burned but this was never been overcharged nor had been contacted with water.
my battery drains very fast, at 1am, it was 47% when i wake up around 8am it goes down to 20%.Sorry no, there isn't a way to turn off those reminders.

I am using iPhone 4 from the last one year and went dead and got it replaced by paying Rs.12500/- to Nyasa Sion Koliwada Mumbai Service Provider but now again after 38days the problem has started, what do i do? Is this is the quality & service we boost? On visiting the store we get only one reply you may write to Apple directely. we have the similar kind of problem with iPad which is being used by my wife Mr.Neelam Vij and paid Rs.16000/- to get it replaced within a year & 6months use. so in totality we have paid Rs.28500/- + Rs. 3000/- diagnostic charges.

Moreover, we have no information to contact whom. even the replace set has a warranty of only three month which further confirm that Apple itself is not confident wheather product will last after replacement for more then three month. it is really important to meIf you signed up for Find my iPhone you should be able to track it, unless the thief has turned the phone off or removed the SIM card. Also, if the thief has restored the phone it will no longer work. Log into www.iCloud.com and see if you can see the device. If not, then there is nothing you can do but notify the police and change all of the passwords on things you had on the device. Sorry for your loss.

No way to trace it if you didn't active Find my Phone on your iPhone before you lost it.
Notify your carrier and your police of the loss. Chances are you will never get your phone back. -

My iPhone 4 got a black screen and I cant turn it back on!
Last week, my iPhone 4 got a black screen for about 2 hrs. I did the hard reset (holding home/lock buttons) and it came back on. Problem solved. Now a few days ago, the same thing happend. Only this time, my phone WILL NOT turn back on! The hard reset isn't working, it won't charge and iTunes doesn't recognize it! I really don't know what else to do! I'm really tryna avoid going to an Apple store because well? They're waaaay too far from me. Has anyone else had this problem? Can somebody please help me?

After upgrading to iOS 8, my playlists on my iPhone 5 got wiped. I backed up my iPhone before upgrading. On iTunes, I click on the "phone" tab on the upper right corner and check my playlist that's "On this phone" and everything is there. I tried syncing my phone to no avail. How do I recover my playlists? I have an extensive music collection and this will take me weeks to redo this manually. Please help!!!
Thanks.I had the same problem, but 24 hours after the upgrade. I have tried restoring from my ITunes backup from before the upgrade, to no avail. I also bought a 3rd party software which can read my backup, and I see all the text messages there, but when I restore it with that software, they still don't appear on the phone. Very strange.
