Just downloaded 7.2 into my Iphone 5 what a mess. Dropped called no audible notifications for email or text messages. Went to the apple store and reset phone to original specs. can anyone please tell me how the **** am I suppose to take care an issue on line or my cell phone if no one at the apple store or what ever if all u do is keep getting a machine, my issue is that i bought $50.00 dollar itunes card and then i went to the apple store to redeem my card at witch time i had $50.00 on my account. so i go to itunes to download some music on itunes so i buy the album Blackstreet/ another level For $ 8.65 and was asked for my credit card infor and was charged the same amount of $ 8.65 toi my card.how can I go about getting that money back on my card?

Help!! My ipod classic freeze itunes and my pc to the point of having to force shut down.Help plz i dont know what else to do, i took it to the apple store and they restore for me but when i came home it freezes itunes and my pc, i tried and older itunes, format the ipod and restore it, ran disk erros, am i missing something?! The guy at the shop told me is an "antique" , i bought it a year ago only and barely used it, i feel lile burned money, ipod classic is my favorite model, any suggestions plzzzz!!!!
Glad 7.7.1 worked for you, I updated itunes on my macbook, and every time i try to sync the music to my ipod classic, it goes for 23 songs and then it freezes and I get "Cannot read or write to this disk", and it ejects it. I tried uninstalling itunes, reinstalling an earlier version (7.6.2) same problem, plus a new issue with itunes. (It was a clean uninstall, btw, I got everything cleaned out, I think, lol). Video's transfer fine. And no good way to get ahold of apple. That's great. If I have no music on my ipod, it's useless. Think they'll give me my money back? (lol)

I have an iphone 5 and and ipad3 which I wish to sync.
I went to Apple store and tech unable to do this - wasn't happening and said there was an icloud problem and to go on line to find out, as they didn't do icloud issues in the store.
I've backed up my phone in the meantime.
I want to be able to read my kindle books and access contacts between these items.
Another question, I brought more icloud storage, but iphone is not saving to icloud as well.phone will not back up as says not enough storage - keh?

Last time they also said I may need to have my iphone replaced - this would then be my thrid iphone in 4 months! First iphone the camera didn't work (lucky I found out on second day and automaticallly replaced).
This iphone is doing black screens, will not ring (despite techy trying to get phone to ring - YET the alarm works fine to wake me up). Phone vibrates but won't ring, even though set to ring.
Appreciate any help with icloud issue mainly.
I think I'm feeling a bit fatalistic I will end up with yet another replacement phone.
I am very disappointed as this is m first introduction to the iphone - not going well so far.

I went to two different apple stores and both people looked at it and they said that my phone definitely had major hardware issues and that the dock was broken and that the headphone jack was broken but they said that I was out of warranty so I would have to pay around $200 for a replacement or an upgrade. But I really don't want to go that because I am waiting for the newest iPhone to come out because my contract is up in November. The guy in the 1st store was surprisingly rude to me.

I hate my iphone because when one thing gets fixed, it messes up something else. I had to go get it fixed friday. Software issue. Now my bluetooth won't work in my truck. We have tried several times over the weekend and it will not connect.
Calendars and contacts should still be on the computer you sync with. If not, they will be in your most recent backup of that computer.

This will not help such a depleted or poor battery situation. But to Calibrate. Keep using iPhone as usual until it goes to 0% battery and shuts itself OFF due to low battery. Then charge it all the way to 100% in one charging event. Usually takes about 2 or 2 1/2 hrs to completely charge. Done.

i was having problems with my phone so i went into the apple store and it turns out there was a problem with my operating systerm so i got an update in the store. I want to get my contacts and my pictures back from my old iphone but when I was in the apple shop the man told me to start the phone as a new phone instead of restoring it from an earlier back up as i could get the bug back once restored, is there any way for me to get my pictures and contacts back without restoring it and getting the bug? You should restore from the back up so you can get the info back on your device. Then, what you can do is import those pictures to your computer.
At that point, you'll want to restore again as new possibly, then once your phone is as new, use iTunes to sync those picture from your computer back to your phone.
As far as contacts, do you know if those were ever backed up to iCloud? If so, all you should need to do is sign in with you iCloud account. -
My husband needs a new power cord for his Mac Pro. I went to the apple store and the clerk gave me a power adapter by mistake. He has a conference call before the store opens and I can't get him another power cord. Is there a way to power up his computer?

If you forgot your passcode, restore the phone on the last computer it was synced with. If you do not have access to the last computer it was synced with, you will have to force it into recovery mode and restore as a new device. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212.
