My Iphone 4S is hacked and controlled remotely by someone once I am charging it. Can anyone help me ?

My wife is using my old Iphone 4s with latest iOS 7.1.2
Noticed lately that the phone is active on its own as though someone is remotely controlling it.
This only happens when the Iphone is being connected to the apple power charger.
I have ruled out attacks via my Wi-fi link.
I have also tried resetting the phone and reloading from itune but still could not solve this problem.
Has anyone experience such an attack before ?

But I still can't explain that an SMS message was composed "Not the right time to talk now" and sent to a non-existence phone number.
Also, swipping the screen left and right, opened my email message, go to iTunes to select and played a song !
This only happened when the iphone is connected for charging. It doesn't seem to be random error. I will take a video and submit it to Apple for analysis if this still occurred once I updated to iOS 8 next week.
I suspect a trojan is monitoring the Iphone and send a message to the hacker once it is connected for charging.
I think Apple should look seriously into this case.

Try this ..
On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to: Notes
Then reselect it.
Give iCloud a few minutes to re sync the data.

I updated my Iphone4 and had the m.calendar app with all of my daily temperatures saved, since the update after even after synching the iphone to itunes I have lost months of tracking I am devastated!! can anyone help get it back
I don't understand this answer. What do you mean " your contacts should be in whatever program/service you have selected to sync."? The address book is created on the phone not in Itunes or any other program/service. When Itunes says backing up phone I have to assume it backs up everything on the phone. Most of what's on my phone does not come out of itunes. I download apps directly on the phone. When the software updates it does not bring those apps back. I have to go into the appstore and install them all over again. Itunes music library syncs with whatever is on the device your linked up to BUT the phone book just dissappears after you update the phone. There is no way to save it anywhere else.

Recently, I can't get any sound from my game applications. Sound works fine with video, streaming, etc, but not my game applications. I've tried powering down and re-booting, but the sound does not return. Can anyone help me?
Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the Music and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad above the volume switch, or via control centre : swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen and it's the right-most of the 5 icons in the middle of it (if the icon is white then it's 'on', tap it to turn it grey and 'off'). The following article has some useful tips that can help stabilize your iPhone.
Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIsand corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 30 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
If the iPhone did not turn on, reset it while connected to the iPhone USB power adapter.
If the display turns on, go to step 4.
If the display remains black, go to next step.
Connect the iPhone to a computer and open iTunes. If iTunes recognizes the iPhone and indicates that it is in recovery mode, attempt to restore the iPhone. If the iPhone doesn't appear in iTunes or if you have difficulties in restoring the iPhone, see this article for further assistance.
If restoring the iPhone resolved the issue, go to step 4. If restoring the iPhone did not solve the issue, seek service.

yes yes and yes. but now the movie has completely disappered from my iTunes and from my iPhone. I had 16 days and 19 hours left to watch my movie when I started it, and after I started it I still had 23 hours to complete it. Now it is completely gone.

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.) -
Hi I followed instructions to copy/move iTunes music to a new PC. I can see albums listed in the library but SYNCH will not put any music on my new iPod.
It took three weeks to import my CDs on the old PC and I don't want to do it again!

Once you have the tracks on some removable medium, you can mount that on your new computer and then just drag the content to the iTunes window. Make sure that the option to "copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library" is set in the iTunes -> Advanced -> General preferences before you do. Alternatively, you can use the Add To Library command and select each track (or folder of tracks).
If you won't be using that Windows system once you move the content, don't forget to deauthorize the system from your iTunes Store account before you dispose of the computer.

I upgraded from the app store. It is actually quite awhile ago so I do not remember how. I think I used a thumbdrive to create some type of file. No I do not have any backups. My iLife CD is nowhere to be found because this is a very old macbook pro that I've had for a couple years.

You must goto Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings ... this worked 100% for me and once that is compelte go back and try to pass the terms and conditions, you will see the "agree" button in the bottom right hand corner
