My iPhone 4s is having troubles with the Nike app. It appears greyed out on my settings screen & when I finally am able to see the app on my home screen it crashes within a few seconds. I have tried all the Apple suggested solutions and they do not work.
I have tried reseting my phone many different ways and updating all the software. Nothing works the app continues to crash. Apple says in another thread to someone else to follow third party app solutions but those do not work as you cannot delete and re-download a pre-loaded Apple app...... Any help would be necessary as I just bought the sensor from Apple, and now my phone won't connect.
Seems like a waste of money, since the products are made by the exact same company I expect them to work. I have also noticed that other people have had this problem and have also been unable to solve it.
I've been facing the very same issue for 3 days. Did you figure it out?

I have tried all the solutions apple has offered online. I will not reset my phone to factory settings unless it is a last resort. What is Apple doing to fix this? I had my last Iphone last for more than 2 years and I hve had this one less than a year. My Wifi was greyed out and now it's on but won't connect or locate any networks (but if I keep switching it on and off it will freeze on me again). Does Apple have plans to fix this problem because I refuse to purchase a new phone?
Are there any other new solutions to try in fixing the Wifi that doesn't require freezing or heating up the phone or switching to airplane mode and resetting the network settings as well making sure it's up todate or changing the apostrophe in the phone's name? My phone has never been dropped or damaged. Everyone around the world seems to be having this problem and Apple does not seem to be making a move to fix it? I use this phone for everything and 4g will only last so long before I reach my monthly limit. The error window sais the fault is " KERNELBASE.dll". I also installed on a test PC that has a trail version of Windows Web Server 2008 R2 and the exact same thing happens...
Now I have no PC to sync to and no music/movies.... Any ideads??
Many thanks...I had the same problem. New iPhone 5, had to install iTunes 10.7 on windows 7 64 bit. The install worked, but it crashed immediatly after startup (no window, nothing.) I tried repairing the install, and still nothing. When I read the post above, I saw that it was Quicktime related, and remembered I was also prompted to upgrade Quicktime too, which I chose NOT to do. So I went back and upgraded quicktime.. and VOILA.. it WORKS. iTunes now runs, and I'm in the middle of restoring my old iPhone to my new one. (fingers crossed)

My iPhone 5 says unable to connect to network. I have tried all the trouble shooting...resetting phone, router... No change. Problem occurs everywhere not just at home. Any suggestions?

If i understand what you are saying then you are seeing the WiFi indicator after connecting but Apps are saying that they are not connected to the internet?
Your router may not have given your iPod a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the ">" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be to restart your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPod (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc. -

It is usually given as a communication error between Apple, iTunes (your computer), iPhone. Somewhere they are not communicating, so the iOS you are trying to install cannot be approved by Apple. Trouble shooting steps include, making sure you have Current iTunes installed, make sure your Hosts file of computer is not blocking Apple. Try restoring on another computer.

I just got a new macbook pro. How do I get the 900+ songs that I took off of cds into iTunes on my computer from my iPhone. I had no problems syncing the music I had purchased from iTunes. I have tried to sync it using iTunes match, this did not work. I would like to have access to my full library without going into the user profile of my old computer, which is on my new computers hard drive. I would like to eventually delete the old profile so that I have more space on my hard drive.

I am unable to connect my Macbook air, iPhone or iPad though bluetooth. I have tried all the suggestions I have read. i.e. toggle bluetooth on and off, turn devices on and off, forget devices and then pair. I seem to be able to pair but the devices immediately go to not connected and a message appears that reads: make sure devices are turned on and in range.
Pairing the phone with the car is one thing, but paring to the computer is not generally supported. Tethering is using the cellular data access from the phone for the other devices. It is part of Personal Hotspot. If you aren't aware of what it is, then it probably is something you do not use.
As far as the car is concerned, what is not working? Does the car not see the phone, or the phone see the car, or after you start to pair something fails? If you provide more information about the problem and what you have tried to do to correct it, then we can offer some solutions. What version of the iPhone, what iOS, and what year and make of vehicle? -
I can connect my Iphone 6 and Ipad Air to my Bose Soundlink but not my IMac. I have tried all the usual solutions but nothing works. It has worked recently but not in the last week. Help

It was after updating my macpro that I plugged in my phone and went to itunes to backup phone and can't see the device anywhere!
