My iPhone 4s is messed up for downloading purchased shows from I tunes, says to connect to wifi and I have, says unable to ... Arrgh. Also seems to have very little brain, have to delete apps to fit one episode of 40-60 min show. Frustrating! Any ideas?

If you have to delete apps in order to download the video chances are you still do not have enough free space on your iPhone for that video to run smoothly.

Have you been syncing the iPod with iTunes? Then you just connect the iPad and set it up through iTunes and sync any content you want onto it.

In terms of games/apps. If they are not universal (you will see a + symbol next to them) or made for iPad (you would see an HD in the name, usually) then they won't look good on an iPad as those apps will open in a iPod sized window, giving you the option to enlarge. -
I'm trying to authorize my computer for downloading purchases, but when I follow instructions to go to "Store" and look for menu to "authorize" my computer, I'm lost. I purchased ringtones from i tunes on my i phone 5, and when i hooked it up to my laptop at home i lost my ringtones. i can go to i tunes and see them but i cant figure out how to get them to my phone. any ideas?
You can re-download the ringtone but it will not be free like apps.

If it's an app then does it allow you to make in-app purchases within it ? If it does then you can turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions on your device. -

Yes it is done through iTunes. The iPhone will never show up in Finder as a device. disconnect from the wifi and try on cellular data, if you can access the apps, then the problems lies with your router. -
i downloaded an update from creative suite 5.5. to 6.0 and then switched computers for a few months. now I am back using the original computer and it looks like all of those Adobe applications (both 5.5 and 6.0) have disappeared. Maybe a "trial" was uploaded instead of the actual updates? Anyway, i just want to get the applications back onto my computer. i tried to enter the serial numbers on my original packaging but systems side error message from Adobe says they were already "redeemed" (which makes sense bc I already downloaded the updates. Apparently there is no phone customer service for Creative Suite anymore. ARRGGG. Any and all suggestions welcome!

I downloaded an album from i Tunes to my i Phone 4 but somehow all but two of the tracks have deleted themselves from there. When I try to synch again (from a Windows PC) I can't upload the missing tracks again. They are playable from the PC but not the i Phone. Any ideas?
You may have to sync all your music off your phone (by unchecking Sync Music on the Music tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing), then sync it back on to fix this.

My iPhone 4s hasnt been used in over 6 months. Everytime I plug it into my computer and iTunes, it says it requires a restore and update. It then comes up with an error after completing the download for the restore and update (takes around 10 minutes).Someone help me as I'm using the original iPhone 3 at the moment and it won't even take an ios 7 update!
Just to confirm on the screen of the iPhone do you see the itunes symbol with a cable pointing up to it?. If you do then your iPhone is inrecovery mode and would require you to restore it.
Now first you want to make sure iTunes is up to date and the cable you are using is not damaged. You also want to make sure iTunes is up to date.

I know exactly what my restrictions passcode is meant to be (I have even written it down) but it has strangely changed itself. I cannot delete apps anymore and it has been getting on my nerves. If you get the error "Backup not successful" and you've tried deleting the last backup and trying to back up manually without luck, try the following test: Go to...
Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>manage Storage, tap your device name in the Backups section, then look under Backup options. Turn off all apps from backup and then do a manual backup. If that doesn't work, then this post will not help. If the backup works, then go back to the app list and turn some on and try another backup. If successful, keep repeating these steps. If it fails at some point, then try to zero in on the one app that seems to make the backup fail. (I had this problem and found one app failing, probably due to a corrupt data file.)
This process will take time, but if a backup works with no app data being used but clearly fails with the original settings, then somewhere in the mix of apps is a "bad" one.
