The phone will not turn on and the iTunes logo as I described only shows up when I plug the phone into the charger or my computer. I have tried the reset in restore mode as well as the DFU? mode and it still will not work. I have the latest version of iTunes on my Mac. My error code was 2002. I also tried it on my laptop (windows 8.1) and none of the above worked. My error code on my laptop was 02. The phone is through Verizon and it has absolutely no damage. It was working fine up until this and I have been trying to fix it for 2 days. Please help! I am unsure of what version the phone was currently running on before this because I have another iphone that's my primary phone and have not used this one in about a month. I do not believe it was updated to IOS 7.
Your iPhone is in recoverty mode at the moment so to possibly get it back up and running you would need to do a restore as you have been trying. Follow the steps in the article below for the specific error messages you have been receiving. If after following all steps the issue remains book an appointment at a local Apple Retail Store to have the iPhone evaluated.

My phone was working fine last night. Plugged it into the charger and went to bed. Woke up this am to it off. It would not turn on. I tried a different charger and a different outlet. Tried several times to hold down power and volume and or the menu button. Finally, several hours later, holding the power and volume buttoon turned on the phone. Said had 1%battery, so i kept it plugged in for about 5 min. It went up to 2%. I started to look at recieved text, then it went dead again. Repeated the same steps and left it plugged in. It kept turning off. till finally, it went dim and a warning message came on to restore phone from itunes but idid not see the end of warning bc it shut off again. Now it will not turn on, but has the white apple symbol turning off and on over and over. I can not find the option to restore the phone, plus the phone is not on so the computer is not registering that its plugged in. I can not call out bc no landline and can not call tech support. Does anyone know why this is, or what to do?????????????

No I mean don't use the "Slide to Power Off", just hold down the Home and Lock buttons until the screen goes black.
That does work if your device is frozen, unlike Slide to Power Off. -

I've even tried plugging into pc and its not showing there either? HELP PLEASETry this, connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes, iPhone may turn ON itself. If still OFF, then keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone begins to start. This can sometimes take about 20 seconds time of holding both buttons while on charger. If still problem and you have Warranty or AppleCare Coverage, make Genius Reservation and take iPhone to Apple for resolution.

The flash on my phone will not turn off and is draining the battery. I've already tried turning the flash off in camera mode and resetting the phone to factory settings. Neither worked.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, take it to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement. -
I clicked the button in my setting thatz is saying "software update iOS 6.1.2. Try a Hard Reset.....
Press and hold the Wake / Sleep button AND the Home button at the same time, keep them both pressed until the Apple Logo appears on the screen, it can take 10 or more seconds. Ignore the swipe to turn off message. -

Most of my pictures were saved on my i Cloud, but some information had not been uploaded like my videos.

My iPhone 4 will not turn on and is just displaying the itunes symbol not the apple symbol. How do I fix it? My phone died and I went to plug it in and it just displayed the itunes logo.
