My iphone 4s just crashed for the second time in 4 months!!!

my iphone was connected to itunes downloading software and would not restart this happend in april and it took two weeks and kids at best buy where warrent is held looking at me like i had two heads saying i should connect to to itunes im am seriously aggitated i need a resolution asap!! who do i call now cause this is BS!

If your iPhone does not go passed the Apple logo or not booting up because of a software issue, then check out the first article to walk you through restoring your iPhone with iTunes. If you have a back up either in iTunes or iCloud, you can put that back on after you restore your iPhone. Every warranty claim is on a case by case basis. If not determined to be caused by accidental damage or abuse, it should be exchanged under warranty at no cost but only Apple can answer this for certain.

unless you're really putting that cord under stress, it shouldn't go bad that quickly. It's possible that there could be issues with your iPad's port.
Did you buy that ipad new or used? If new and if it's still under factory warranty (might not be with a 2) then you can have the apple store check it out and make sure there are no issues with that port.

My macbook pro retina 2014 has crashed for the 2nd time in 2 mo

My macbook pro retina 2014 has crashed for the 2nd time in 2 months. Can't get past the gray/apple screen. The first time the genius bar tried all the different tricks to get it to boot all the way through, but in the end had to reinstall mavericks. They said there weren't any indications of it being a hardware issue after running diagnostics. The only possible reason is that it has something to do with some ProTools 10 plugins which I had downloaded in both occasions less than a week before. I don't believe that would be the issue and I'm guessing it's a hardware issue at this point. It's still under a factory warranty, so I'm not too concerned. Thoughts?

If no success, try booting into the recovery partition and select Disk Utility from the 4 option menu.
Run Disk Utility>First Aid, Verify and Repair.

For the second time (I've been to the Genius Bar once already) my WiFi isn't working on my iPhone 4S. This is really infuriating and costly!!! I see others have the same issues. Can't Apple do anything about this? It's obviously a hardware problem!

Currently it's not costing me anything - yet - because I've got the Apple Warranty but this is totally frustating!!! I bought the original phone (which has been replaced in July 2012. The new phone (without working Wifi) is a month old.

For what reason, other than making yourself look foolish, would you ask questions that we users could not possibly answer as we're NOT Apple?
Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW. Nothing more "ingenius" to suggest than these steps that Apple has outlined in the manual. If these steps don't work, then go back to the Apple store.

Photoshop Touch crashes after selecting "Wrap" tool for the second time

As title says, when selecting "wrap" tool for the second time, Photoshop Touch crashes. It doesn't matter which images and even after reboot and clearing all the RAM, it constantly crashes only when selected for the second time. I'm using this on Galaxy Note 2 so it really shouldn't have issues with RAM or Processing power. I'm not quite sure about other tools but it should be looked into and hopefully more stable version will be release soon!

Did you by chance have photo stream turned on? If so then they might be there. When you restored your phone it deleted everything and they will be unretreivable from your computer.

Well... it said iPhone Recovery Mode, and I pressed 'Restore iPhone' after which it asked me if I am sure that I want to restore the phone to factory settings, I pressed 'yes'. After 20-30min it eventually came to the 'Hello' page where I had to sign in with my Apple ID, and then saw the icons of each of my apps. which one by one turned from grey to their full colour as they downloaded one by one. After 1-2 hours of having completed all the app downloads, I found the phone shut and could not turn it on with the normal way. And this happened after 2 restore sessions. Is there something I need to do, or I need to request a replacement. I have had the phone for 11months, and crushing problems begun on the 13 of Nov, which was a few days after I updated to iOS7. But today is already 48hours since I have not been able to use my iPhone properly.

Your warranty will not cover this because it is the result of user negligence. The warranty does not cover user negligence. What you can do is take it to your local Apple Store and do an out-of-warranty replacement:

1. I assume that that suggests that it is not normal for a browser window to respond with minimisation? It is just weird when a window just disappears, no reason given (and since there is no obvious loss of internet it can take you by chance)

Tell me about it! It is impossible, I came here to answer via the link in the emailed notification, was already signed out and signed in and was returned to the front page. I have iTunes 10.5.2.11(The latest as of now) on a WIndows 7, 64 bit PC. iTunes launches itself properly for the first time after my system boots, but, when I close iTunes and try to open it once again(without booting again), it's like the computer didn't get my instruction, the iTunes icon only clicks, but, it doesn't open. When I check the running programs with the Task Manager, iTunes isn't there. But, in processes, iTunes *32 is listed(This is after I tried launching it for the second time). If I end this process(and also the process tree), and then try to open iTunes, the window of iTunes appears, but, it just sits there like a brick!
Can somebody please help me. Thank you.
