My iPhone 4S was replaced yesterday due to my handset being faulty. Before I gave the faulty one back I made sure all pictures were in photo stream! All 1006 were however when I got home and set up my new handset, there's only 146. Please help??

Had this problem before. sometimes it's the network. downloading all the photos take time.If you r so sure 1006 pics are in the photo stream, then no need to worry. It'll come. Give it time. Good things take time! <wink*>

I was at Apple Store yesterday and they created a pages document for me. When I got home and tried to open it, I get a message that I need a newer version of Pages. I see the image before I push "open". The 'kind' is pages publication. The file does not appear in the 'open recent' list.
Just be careful with Pages 5, it is not strictly an upgrade.
Apple has actually removed over 90 features and some work can be very difficult in the newer version.

i just got my replacement ipad last night. when i got home and tried the applications, there is no sound. but the videos do have sounds. i already checked the settings. i cannot find what's causing it. please help.
You may have already checked the settings, but it still sounds like you have system sounds muted.
If you lose sounds for keyboard clicks, games or other apps, email notifications and other notifications, system sounds may have been muted.
System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well.
Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds.
If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery indicator gauge.
If you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation then the system sound control is in the task bar. Double tap the home button and in the task bar at the bottom, swipe all the way to the right. The speaker icon is all the way to the left. Tap on it and system sounds will return.
If you have the side switch set to mute system sounds, then the screen lock rotation can be accessed via the task bar in the same manner as described above.

Did you ever figure out how to turn your phone on? Mine died today around noon for no reason. I'm so mad at it! I can't get it turned on, and I KNOW the battery is charged. Suggestions? I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago. I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam. I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase.

I recently updated to version 5.0, however, when I open up a link in a new window, there is no address in the new window's address bar, just a blank box.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I just bought a 5s and when I tried to sync it stopped saying my computer was no longer authorized for some of the items on my iphone. I went to store/authorize this computer and it said the computer was already authorized. How do I fix this?
I have the same issue. There are some suggestions to follow in the Apple support article http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1389 They didn't work for me but they may for you. My old iPhone 3S and iPad 2 syncs fine with iTunes.

I went on holiday to Greece, took my iphone with me and it worked totally find abroad. As soon as I got home, off the plane and switched my phone back home it has said no service ever since. Had two new sims from Vodafone, still not working. What else could it be?
Try restore as new using computer iTunes.

i recently had my computer fixed as it was loaded with viruses. Also I finally got my IPad 1 back from someone who had "borrowed" it for a year. It no longer worked, but in the case i had written down my old apple id. i had purchased 3 other ipad's since then and changed my id. i typed the old id and was delighted to see that i had over $1000 worth of dowmloaded media. i want to use this old acct number on one of my other IPads to avoid confusing two accts, but when i attempted transferring media onto computer it said i needed to first download bonjour. i have been trying to figure out how, but computer genius i am NOT. could someone please help me? i really appreciate any advice you could offer steering me in the right direction with this. thank you, stacey v

Bonjour is a program that is installed on your computer along with iTunes, so you will want to first uninstall iTunes and all of its related components:

Take it in to an Apple Store if you can. The genius bar can very quickly test if it is just the battery showing its age or not. If it is the battery, you can get it replaced through Apple

Depending on how it has been used though, it may not be the battery. My old iPhone 32GB 3Gs is still good for about 6-7 hours of continuous use (as an iPod touch these days) and it was bought new in 2009 shortly after the 3Gs became available at AT&T stores. So yours might be experiencing some hardware failure not the actual battery itself. -

an anyone help me find the converter please?Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) would be the converter to do this from Bridge. In Bridge, select your nef files then Open in Camera Raw. In ACR, 'select all' then Save Images button at bottom of ACR and set save format to Digital Negative. (File extension should show dng.)

Let the battery fully drain. After charging for an hour try the reset (both buttons) and restore as necessary.
