My iphone 4s wont turn on after battery replacement

Just replaced the battery of my iPhone 4s after it would not turn on for almost 2 weeks. When the battery was replaced, it worked. Now that the phone has shut off it will not allow me to charge or turn on again. The old battery is no good and i'm trying to find out what can be done? It will not connect to iTunes or charge at all. Every hour or so it will flash that the battery is charging when I leave it on charge.

Then, unfortunately, you have performed a user unauthorized procedure , as the iPhone is not user serviceable, and such is beyond the scope of this forum. By doing so you have forfeited any support from Apple. I suggest you go back to ifixit.com and get help there.
You probably damaged your phone while attempting to "fix" it.

Your only chance is letting it charge for about 10min, then connecting it in recovery mode, explained here:

If it does not charge at all, you'll have to get it serviced by Apple.

1.Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
2.Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIsand corrosion.
3.Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
4.After at least 15 minutes, if:
•The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
•The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.

hello ,
i bought a iphone 3gs off my friend only to find multiple problems with the phone !!
i had to change the audio jack replace all buttons , replace the digitilizer and home button .
i did this all with no problems , the only problem i could not fix was the screen keep going blank while using the phone .
i replaced the screen and the problem still persisted , so im pretty sure there is a lose connection some where ,
i had a further look into the problem today only to find that when my friend previously changed the screen he has damaged the logic board where the lcd is connected which is undoubtably the reason for a lose connection .
how do i go about replacing the broken part ? or have i been bumped off and now have to replace the whole logic board ?

Try unplugging from the computer then pressing and holding the home button, while pressing home button plug it back into the computer and hold until an itunes symbol shows up. If after 60 seconds it doesn't show up try taking into an Apple store for replacement. If it does show up look in itunes and restore iphone.

If your iPhone is unresponsive after updating your iOS version, then I'd like you to please follow the troubleshooting below.
If you see a black screen
You might need to charge your device before it can turn on. Plug in your device and let it charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad), then try turning it on.
You should see a battery icon while your device is charging. If you continue to see a black screen, reset your device. If your device doesn't respond when you press buttons
Your device might not return to the Home screen when you press the Home button, wake from sleep when you press the Sleep/Wake button, slide to unlock or power off, or it might appear frozen. Try these steps:
Restart your device.
If it still doesn't respond, or if it doesn't turn back on, reset your device.
If your device gets stuck during startup
When starting up, you might see the Apple logo or a red or blue screen for a long time, or your device might restart again. Try these steps:
Make sure that you have iTunes 12 or later on your computer.
Put your device in recovery mode.
When you get the option to restore or update, select Update. This will reinstall iOS without erasing your data.

It sounds like your phone is not successfully booting even though you have reset the device. I would next recommend attempting a backup and restore to iTunes with this article:

Who replaced the battery, you, Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider? If you did it yourself, then you could have done anything to disable it. It also voids any warranty and post-warranty support from Apple and the forum. You are on your own. If Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider replaced it, then take it back and have them check it.
The iPhone does not have a user replaceable battery, or user serviceable parts. It is meant to only be serviced by Apple, or authorized service providers.

You're device may have a hardware failure; My recommandation is talk to them like polite gentlemen; I've worked in customer service before. You get a lot further and people are willing to do a lot more work for someone who is polite and respectful.

Hi folks, I updated my iphone 4 with the ios5 or 6 update, and when it powercycled it would not turn back on.
when I try to turn it on, i get the standard apple icon, then a usb symbol will appear with an arrow above it, and the i tunes symbol above that.
Its obviously telling me to connect to itunes, but when i do, the device registers, but only prompts me to reset the phone. After doing that, same prob...HELP

Nokia 6350 wont turn on after battery dying.

My Nokia 6350 will not turn back on after the battery died. I then proceeded to plug the charger into the phone and turn the phone back on; the screen went white. I took the battery out and put it back in then the phone wouldn't even turn on at all after that.
I took the battery out for 15 minutes then put it back in and still nothing happened when I tried to turn it back on.
Should I replace my battery? or is there another option that does require me to spend money?

Is the battery charging? You could also try it with another battery if you have access to another phone which uses the same battery.
Since you've tried the all the removing battery stuff, you could also try removing the sim and memory card. Other than that there isn't a lot else you can try with the 6350. The next step would be the Nokia Care Point.

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting.

I left it charging overnight (there was 40% anyway)
This morning ive tried everything to turn it on.
