My iPhone 5 16GB keeps asking me to manage storage, but when I do the storage is automatically filled up

I Haven't updated to the new OS yet because it takes up too much room and I don't want it. My iPhone keeps saying my storage is full even though I have minimal apps, have deleted most my photos and music and their backups. Any storage created is automatically taken up and I suddenly go from having close to 1GB of storage to 0 bytes and my phone notifies me every 10 minutes that I need to manage my storage.
I've deleted nearly everything and I do not want this update but I think it's the reason i have no storage, is there a way to opt out of the updatesWhat do I do? Really disappointed with Apple here, the storage system is terrible. At least with other brands of smartphone you get an SD slot.

I did download these. Tarascon Adult Emergency Medicine, Scanner 911, Angry Birds, Cut the rope, Epicurious, Home Away, Nike Running, etc...
I occationally sync it with my computer. I wonder if I can delete them from there?

I have Iphone 4 unlocked, works fine with all UK networks but when I put in new (activated) sim in Iphone 4, it shows "No Service" until I connect it to Itunes, then it ask for activation required on iphone but activates. When connected to itunes error message is shown the "Iphone (Iphone's name) failed to activate" then
Iphone get signal bars and works perfect, It does the everytime when I put new sim. Any help plz....

Apple will not ask you to click a link in an email. They may tell you to log in to your account to reset your password. Go to https://appleid.apple.com and log in if you ever want to change any information in your profile (or your password). And do not click the link I just posted; instead enter it into a browser.
You can verify the devices assigned to your account by going to https://icloud.com/find (again, don't click it), where you can see a list of devices registered to your Apple ID.
As a general rule, you should never click a link in an email or forum post without verifying it first. You can see where it goes without clicking it in most email programs and browsers by hovering your mouse pointer over it. On an iPhone you can check where it goes by holding your finger on the link (rather than just tapping it).

I suspect unless he had some items in iCloud backup then they are gone. Connecting an iPhone to a different library from that to which it was previously connected will result in the device asking if you want to erase it.

There are no updates to either OS 10.5.8 or Safari 5.0.6.
If you need a later version of Safari you must first upgrade your operating system to a later version of OS X.

Exactly! The password I used to log on here and write my post I figured was the same Apple ID password I would use to reset my computer login password. But my computer isn't recognizing it as the correct password so it wont let me update my login password. I have 2 user accounts on my computer.

Be sure to enter the security code for your credit card as well as your other information. If you don't it will keep prompting you. Also be sure the billing address and phone number match your credit card statement exactly.

You need to sign in when using Photoshop Elements 12 as it is the method of activation. If you sign out it deactivates that installation.
If you are having problems, see if the following helps.

I'm in Cuenca now--NO STORE, & now that I need to activate--have also been told "not every cellular store CAN activate iphone!" I am reading about all these problems--yours is the first response that has a solution! Now going to set up with Claro... wish me luck!
