My iPhone 5 and now my iPhone 6 have horrible ( 0.15mb/s) at my workplace over 4G and 3G

This started in June with the iPhone 5 and has continued since I got the iPhone 6. Prior to the slowdown, I was getting 20-30 mb/s down in the exact same location. What could be causing this? I use most of my data while at work, so I wouldn't put it past Verizon to throttle me on the towers that I use the most data...
I have swapped out SIM cards and still the same speeds, made every troubleshooting effort suggested and no luck. As soon as I travel 3-5 miles away onto new towers, my speeds are back to normal.

Ok, so just put into DFU Mode and connect it to your computer. Open Itunes an it will say that you need to restore. Click ok then follow the instructions.

If wjosten's tip doesn't work try plugging it into a USB charger (not through your computer), wait about 30 seconds and it should come on. If it doesn't remove the cord from the phone and keep trying this. I've had this same issue and found a combination of the reset & charging cable tends to work. Sometimes it takes about 5 minutes for the phone to respond.

Well its defintiely nothing that Apple can activate to fix this. They would be able to troubleshoot with you though. This may be able to be resolved if its something software related.

That error message suggest you have a permissions issue. Make sure you have full read/write privileges for the Drive/ Folder location that you are copying the files to.

It's telling you to connect to ITunes and restore your phone. This will have to be done with a USB cable and iphone connector that came with your charger.

There is no such thing as an unlock code for an iPhone. It's done by restoring the phone using iTunes
