My Iphone 5 crashed yesterday, when i try to reboot it it comes up with the apple symbol but then some kind of script runs down from the top of the screen, then after a while it turns off again. Also sometimes it just has a white screen with pink lines
I have also had the screen have two vertical white blocks on a black background. I have tried rebooting it and restoring it but it has not worked. I have managed to get it to turn on once briely but then it crashed again. I have had it since febuary and have recently ungraded to IOS7.
Went to restore it and it can't restore, got error 2002.
This is just great.

My Itouch died and when I plugged it into a friend's computer to charge it, it just has this white screen when I try to turn it on. I took it home and plugged it into my own computer, and it's doing the same thing.

When i try to update my apps, it asks me to put in my password for apple id. I put in my password but then it asks for my friends password for his itunes, because i let him sync his ipod on my itunes. How do i remove his account off my itunes where i dont have to put in his password.
Also when I apply the safety copy it only imports the app the phones have had in common, so none of the apps that only the iPhone 4 had doesn't come in, only the ones I and the iPhone 4 has had in common. So you say the only way I can use the Apple ID to download on the old iPhone 4 is if I delete the apps that are in the phone and then download them again? How will that change the ID to download/update from. Won't it still have mine to update/download from?

My screen darkens after 1 minute and then turn off after 3 minutes (energy saver). Now, all of a sudden, after it shuts down it comes right on???

We were trying to copy a family DVD using Disk utility. We ejected the disk that was in the computer (the DVD player was working) and put in the new disk. It would not read the disk. There is no need for this. A malicious attachment won't do any harm to your computer as long as you're not trying to open or run it.

Do you still have the deleted folder in Trash? You can try to login to your account via webmail, and check if there are still any messages on the server.
For the future, create backups of your profile folder on a regular basis.

How can I take a screen shot in Premiere Pro (CS6 or CC) without it becoming distorted? Lately, when doing this, the images are elongated. Then, when I bring the image into Photoshop, it looks fine, except that the Pixel Aspect Ratio has been automat
