My iPhone 5 is being very strange...

I have an black iPhone 5 and as of recently, I have been running into a lot of problems with it. When I got off work this evening, my phone started to turn off and on every 5 or 10 minutes or so. I restored it (from a backup and then as a new iPhone) but it still turned off and on every 5 or 10 minutes. I removed my SIM card to check the water damage indicator but I couldnt tell if the sticker was pink/red. With all this being said, I have a LifeProof case on my phone.... I work at a pool so that is the main reason why I bought the LifeProof case. Another weird thing that my phone started to do after all this was when it came to charging it. I would leave my phone in the charger for about 10 minutes and come back later and it was still at 75%. I then removed my phone from the charger and restarted it and when it came back on, the battery percentage read 92%. I have been having a lot of issues with the iPhone 5 and so far I wish I had stayed with the iPhone 4s....... Does anyone know if Apple will replace my phone if 1) my phone is having hardware issues OR 2) if my phone is water damaged.
If I am reading the Apple Care warranty correctly, then I think Apple DOES NOT replace water damaged phones. I just want to be clear on this before I go to the Apple Store tomorrow to discuss my issue with them.

Take it to an Apple store genius bar to have the techs see what your options are for repair/replacement. An out-of-warranty replacement is $149 in the US for the iPhone 4.

I got a pink creative stone with speakers (and no screen) about a month ago.
This morning I tried to turn it on, and the green light came on, but there was no sound. When I plugged it into my computer, it wasn't recognised, and it didn't come up on my computer, therefore, I can't use the recovery tool
. No amount of pushing at the on and play button, or resetting it with a paperclip works.

Katherinehere's my suggestion, if you have not formatted your player before, format it using fat32. What happens is, it immediately plays the songs 3 to four seconds after you press the play button long enough.
with the default settings of zen stone, the player starts playing songs after ten or so seconds that might be the reason you had time to fiddle with the toggles before the songs play when in fact it takes that long because it wasn't formatted to fat32. -
Just Archive Installed a client's mac, basically the dock after the installation is nothing like the canvas you usually get.. Now its basically the same as Tiger's dock but with a black background instead of being transparent, and has a white border around the edges...
Anyone have any hints how to maybe fix this problem? I've seen it happen twice already..The new dock appearance is only available when the dock is positioned at the bottom of the screen. From what you are describing, I guess that you have the dock on the side.

I have a macbook pro. Recently I noticed many flash based videos, such as youtube and facebook have been very glitchy. They also blink everytime I scroll down. What's going on? I've tried it on firefox 3 and safari. It feels like a hidden problem....
The new dock appearance is only available when the dock is positioned at the bottom of the screen. From what you are describing, I guess that you have the dock on the side.

I use an iPhone since several years and it was recognized as a camera by my PC with no problem. I have recently switch my PC for an iMac and now my I phone is no longer recognized. Very strange concerning two apple products wich are supposed to match perfectly together. Can anyone help?

Hey, i have very strange prob with my iphone 5(latest version/updated), after resetting it, so it doesn't connect to my laptop, even it doesn't charge too. it does charge from wall charger i try all the possible methods but still i am facing the prob any fix/solution for it.. Thnksssssss....So you are saying that you followed all of the steps in the support document for problems with connection, including removing and reinstalling iTunes? You do not say what you have tried, so it is hard to make recommendations. If this is the case, then you have tried resolving driver issues? What if you go to Device Manager and look for the iPhone. You should be able to click on it and see about drivers. You can update/reinstall the device driver.

For the last 2 days, my iPhone 4S has been being very glitchy.
The things I'm seeing are:
Will not change wallpapers except for "Dynamic" ones
Will not launch safari (I press on the app, it stays on a blank frozen page, then crashes.)
Will not recieve texts (My other devices do)
Will not send texts that are not just words (Pictures, contacts, etc.)
Mail app will keep giving me the banner notification for a specific email every minute
I am running iOS 7.0.2 on an iPhone 4S, I know there is an update for iOS, but it says I do not have enough space.
Speaking of space, I do try to delete multiple major things in my iPhone for space, but still says "0 bytes available."
Is there anything I can do?I ave had enoug of tis rubbis service. It was great, all working well and I loved it, then it just stopped working, it wouldn't play tracks, or it would stutter or say it wasn't available, even though I definitely downloaded these tracks and played them offline many times before.From the previous message I see americans are carged $10 a month. Very strange wifi happenings with my iPhone 5
Here's what's up:
I have an iPhone 5 and it is updated to the latest iOS release. The WiFi connection does something very strange.
There are two saved networks in the phone. One is a hidden wifi network from work (a public school) that also uses an auto proxy (a URL address). The other is my home wifi. I have Verizon Fios.
When only my home network is saved, the wifi at home works perfectly. However, when both networks are saved, the home wifi pretty much doesn't work. It seems to constantly disconnect and connect with the network; web pages do not load, etc. At work, with both networks saved in the phone, it works perfectly.
For the life of me I cannot figure out what is wrong. Now, to make matters even more mysterious, I have an iPad2 with the exact same network settings and with both networks saved in that, it works perfectly no matter where I go- home or work.

Very strange. Wrong AppleID in Find My iPhone
My daughter upgraded from an iPhone 4 to a 5C and really likes it. But something very strange and perplexing happened with the Find My iPhone app.
The first time she launched this app the AppleID/e-mail was prepopulated with a completely unknown e-mail address. It appears to be a person's name @gmail.com. My daughter searched her contacts on the phone, and in her e-mail account and found no record of this e-mail address.
So the question is this. How can a completely unknown e-mail address be prepopulated in Find My iPhone on a brand new, never used iPhone 5C???
Lacking a clear explaination causes me to wonder about the integrity of what is actually running on her iPhone. Could the security of her phone be compromised?I seriously doubt that your brand new phone was used previously.
I bought a brand new iPhone 5s from Verizon last September (arrived factory sealed) and no problems using it. Today, I needed to recover a photo I accidently deleted from the Camera Roll. So I did a total reset... erased everything and tried to restore from my last iCloud backup.
During the procedure, I was asked to login to the Apple Store and a unknown email address was already filled out. There was no way to over-ride it... skip this step was my only option. So I skipped it and another unknown email address appeared. Then I skipped it again and my email address appeared. I logged in and then another unknown email addresses appeared with a password box. I skipped this step and another final one appeared. After skipping this one too... it finally proceeded to restore from my last iCloud backup.
After saving my lost photo from the Camera Roll, I plugged into iTunes and restored again from the newer backup saved in my computer. This restore did not require any Apple Store authentications so there was no problems...
HOWEVER, after restoration, the next time my phone asked me to login to the Apple Store, it was prepopulated with one of those bogus email addresses from before! This time I simply deleted it and entered my login info... everything seems fine now.
Based on how mine went down... I am fairly certain this problem has nothing to do with the user or the phone. It sure seems like something is very wrong within Apple's Cloud servers and how it authenticates the restore.
My latest issue is that the phone is correctly reporting my last iCloud backup from last night, but iTunes is telling me the phone has "never been backed up to iCloud." This is crazy... I'll be visiting the Apple Store soon to try and find out more. -
I have very strange problem with iphone 3gs. Whenever it gets little hot or exposed to 30 degree or above temperature it losses signals (No service). Whenever it is cooled down the service is back. Whenever I am using Skype or playing game for a while it losses carrier signals and wifi. When it is cooled down afer shutting down the carrier signals and wifi are back. It is for sure problem is with heating, but 30 degree tempeature in Oman is normal and some time it goes upto 50 degrees. I have noticed this has started after I started using substandard charger as I lost my original charger of the phone. Please help!! Thanx.
The specifications define an operating range up to 35 degrees.

My phone is saying all my storage for pictures is taken up when I only have 154 picture.. It happened when I got my screen fixed at a kiosk in a mall and I had 2,000 pictures when I gave it to him and when I got it back I had 0 but my wallpapers remained.. Very strange it's as if my phone still has the pictures on there.. But I can't see them. Anybody know what I should do :( I keep having to delete apps because I have no more storage for no reason :(((
You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

IPhone 3GS error - very strange
Something really awkward happened with my iPhone 3GS today.
As I wanted to transfer a song to my iPhone, I connected it to the iTunes and have been through the classic procedure of synchronization. However, certain errors occured already during that time. The loading bar, situated on the top of the iTunes window, showed that the synchronization was complete to about 95% - and it stopped there. I shut iTunes completely 20 minutes later, but the mobile screen showed that the iPhone was still being synchronized. Then I ended the synchronization manually on the iPhone by swiping my finger on the cancel toolbar, and then I shut it down, just to be safe.
The problem is that the iPhone has been shutting itself down for three hours now. I see nothing but a blank screen with the round loading symbol. The iPhone hasn't freezed - it just won't turn off. I tried everything - I connected it to the iTunes, but iTunes says that it cannot connect with the iPhone due to an "unknown problem". I pressed all the buttons on the phone, but it just doesn't bring me anywhere. The phone keeps shutting itself down, but it doesn't switch off completely.
What am I to do?Hold HOME and SLEEP at the same time for 10-15 seconds, until an Apple logo appears. If the phone does not restart see: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
Before doing this, however, disable your firewall/antivirus and connect the phone only to a USB port directly on the computer, not to a hub.
