My iphone 5 is connected to the computer and charging but it will not show up on itunes so i am unable to put music on my phone. How can i fix this?
I have had this problem multiple times. My iphone cord is connected into my usb cord and is charging but will not show up in my itunes. So i am unable to do anything with it concerning music and such. How do i fix this?

As said in the question, my ipod touch will not connect to the newest version of itunes. When I plug it in, my compter recognizes that a device has been connected, yet it will not show up in itunes. I didn't have this problem until I just updated to the new itunes. Someone help please!

You need to delete and redownload those applications. His Apple ID is stored inside them.

First Issue: All of my purchased apps (games) and apps such as Weight Watchers, Facebook, WeatherBug, Sports and Pinterest, Notes, Nook, etc. are all locked up. They simply flash, then nothing! The iPhone can only be serviced in the country where it has been bought, and it can't be shipped internationally to Apple Support, you'll or somebody else have to bring it personally. If you registered the phone with your Apple ID, you might not need the receipt, Apple Support should have your data.
Did you try to set it back to factory settings without using any backup afterwards?

In iTunes these should theoretically be available on the iTunes Store home page.
On the right of that page under Quick Links find Purchased section (if available for your country) and then choose the TV Show category and choose to download there - it doesn't happen automatically.
If not in US you won't be able to redownload movies (yet anyway).
If a title is not available there are reasons for this but you'd expect it to be if you've only just bought it.
Actually I prefer buying in iTunes - I bought some TV episodes on AppleTV but cannot complete my season in iTunes - maybe i can't for that show (support were useless) but I do wonder if it's because the purchase was made on ATV.

I used to be able to connect my ipod to my laptop and itunes used to open up and i could manage my ipod. But now I connect my ipod to my laptop and itunes does not come up. So i opened itunes and pluged in my ipod but it did not show up in itunes. My ipod does connect to my laptop but for some reason itunes is not showing me my ipod and i dont know what to do. Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Featurs appin the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

My iPhone 4s is recognized by itunes and iphoto however it does not show up in finder under devices.
I don't agree - I have two IMacs and two iPhones - the iPhone 4S show up on one machine, but not the other. They do show that they are charging, and a memory stick will open on the same USB ports. So, I don't think this is how they are "supposed to work"......

I get this Setup message: "Your computer must be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Firefox. Do you want to reboot now?" anytime I try to start Firefox or if I try to upgrade, uninstall, reinstall or start Firefox in Safe Mode. Reboot does not correct this. It is probably due to upgrading from a limited XP account. I cannot now upgrade or fix this from an administrator account. How do I fix this and upgrade?
