My iPhone 5 keeps restarting by itself with a random interval maybe around 5-10 minutes

Please help me..
i've got an UNjailbroken iPhone 5 32gb for around a year ago. it was really fine, until my iPhone restart by itself randomly. i don't know.. i've been googling for the solutions but negative. the warranty has already out so i don't suppose i can replace it with a new one.
There is also this rattling sound when i shake my iPhone. I'm pretty sure it's the battery, because it sounds big inside like it's battery.
The battery indicator is kinda stuck, because whenever i charge it, it's not charged but the lightning symbol is there. not only when charging, when i use it, it also stuck at that percentage not decreasing..
Please help me i don't know what to do.. i live in Indonesia. there are rarely apple stores here so i can't consult with anyone here
oh yeah i'm using iOS 7.1.2
i have already restore it thousand times, no result... even in DFU mode
i'm pretty sure this is a hardware issue, however please help me fix this
Thank you for the support

There are no international warranty.
You would need to get your phone service in the country you bought your phone.
There is no magic to fix your phone if it is a hardware issue.  The only option is the Apple store.
Yeah, i suppose i really have to bring it to a phone service, Thanks for the help

  • IPhone keeps restarting. Tried everything.

My iPhone keeps restarting randomly. At first it would do it and come back to normal. Almost like a soft restart. Sometimes I had to restart it myself.
But now, it just keeps restarting and even when I do a reset it doesn't work. It's so bad that it won't show up in iTunes and as I'm writing this it's just plugged in to my computer and continually restarting by itself.
Basically my phone is a brick.
Any ideas before I go to the Apple store. It's about a 40 minute drive for me so don't want to if I don't have to.

I need help for iphone keep restarting after 60 seconds, when I update ios 5.0.1 (9A405), how to overcome these problems

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.
If this does not help, setting it back to factory settings would be the next step:

  • Why my iphone keep restarting

    Why my Iphone keep restarting?

I have experienced the problem related to Safari. I sometimes do not lift my fingers hight enough off the screen, i.e., I drag rather than lift and move and when I do that I somehow set something into action that sends Safari to home. Being more careful on that issue has reduced the return to Safari home.
On the other issue where it in fact reboots, I have no idea what may be wrong. Rather than restoring or resetting, why don't you first try turning your phone off for a minute or two to see if some electronic gate gets cleared. Turn the phone on and see if the actual reboot recurs.
Maybe one of the 'gurus' or other have exerienced the reboot problem.
    Good luck!

  • Iphone keeps restarting after 1 minute

went to bed last night phone was fine woke up this morning and it keeps restarting or freezing after 30 seconds to a minute. i tried re-installing my firmware but no help. does anyone have any ideas?

Standard troubleshooting steps in order are; power the iPhone off/on, reset, restore with iTunes from the iPhone's backup, restore with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the iPhone's backup.
If no change after these steps, time to give AppleCare a call at (800) 694-7466, or make an appointment at an Apple store if there is one nearby.

  • Iphone keep restarting

My iphone was lagging from a  day ago. Now i turned it off saying maybe it needed a rest. Now i turn it back on and it just keeps restarting on the apple logo. I need to fix my phone.. My life is on this phone and i need it to work. I tried soft reset but it doesnt work. Itunes dont reconignize the iphone.. What can i do? PLEASE HELP NEED IT TO WORK BEFORE I LEAVE WORK TODAY.!!

It would have actually been better if you had restored the same FW as before because if you upgrade then you sometimes lose your backed up data. Okay, so now are you stuck on "slide for emergency" showing iTunes on your iPhone or are you actually into the phone but just can't see the signal bars of your provider? You have mentioned that your phone is locked now - and I don't think we can discuss about unlocking on this forum as it isn't official. Contact the carrier your phone is locked to and see if they offer unlocking & what the procedure/cost is. That is the ONLY official way to do so.

  • Safari keeps opening up itself with Hubble.App

Safari keeps opening up with 'Hubble.app', 3 or 4 times a minute.  First it was selling games, now it's Priceline!  How can I stop this????

I just got an answer from the app developer, too.  Said they had a problem with an advertiser, causing the problem.  Thanks for your help.  Didn't know I had those capabilities.

  • My iPhone keep restarting

hi, currently I'm using iPhone 5.
last week if I'm not mistaken, I updated it to ios 8.2
    so far so good,
But today my iPhone restarted whenever I'm pressing home/lock/both volume button.
Could this happen because there is a bug on ios 8.2?
is there any of you that share the same problem as mine?
I will really appreciate if there any solution for it
    Thank you very much
    Regards,
    Yoha

    Greetings yohayoha,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
It sounds to me like your iPhone restarted while you were holding down the Home, Sleep / Wake, and both volume buttons. If this is the case, holding down the Home button and Sleep / Wake button together does force a restart.

If this is not the case and your iPhone is restarting when you press any of those buttons by themselves, I would suggest reading over the next attached article.

  • My iPhone 4 keeps restarting by itself. How can I fix this, what is casusing it?

I've seen several other adds about people saying their iPhone automatically resetting as well, but no salutions or advice of why it could be doing this.
My battery seems to drain pretty quickly now too. 100% to 20 In maybe 20mins.
My phone gets really hot randomly from it also.
What causes it? How can I fix it? Will apple replace it?
It can't be an app, I havent made changes to my phone in months, and yes. It's on the most recent program for the iPhone.
Ill add the reset occurs when making attempt to edit pictures in the regular album. Never had a problem with this before tonight.

  • My iphone 5c keeps restarting by itself ever since I updated to IOS 8.02. Its really frustrating because it says I have to connect to Itunes and get an update but when I try to update Error 27 keeps popping up. I had to restore my iphone about 10 tim

I had to restore my iphone about 10 times in the space of 24 Hours. This really *****. Someone please help!!!!

    Hello TonioG242,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
From your post I see that you are getting error 27 when trying to update your iPhone in iTunes.  I can definitely understand how this is a frustrating issue, especially after trying multiple times to restore the phone but to only get the same error.  There are troubleshooting steps however that you can follow to help resolve the issue.
    Check for hardware issues
    Related errors: 1, 3, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37, 40, 1002, 1004, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1667, or 1669.
These errors mean that your device or computer might have a hardware issue that stops the update or restore from completing.
Check that your security software and settings aren't blocking your device from communicating with the Apple update server.
Then try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good.
Make sure that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.
If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support.

So occasionally my MacBook Pro (13 inch model) likes to restart itself and go to the grey screen that says (your MacBook restarted because of a problem). I have no idea what's causing it. Any suggestions as to what the issue would be would be very appreciated.

    1. Remove the "Webroot" product by following the instructions on this page. If you have a different version of the product, the procedure may be different.
Back up all data before making any changes.
    2. If there's no change, see below.
Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider. You may have to leave the machine there for several days.
Print the first page of the panic report and bring it with you.
Back up all data on the internal drive(s) before you hand over your computer to anyone. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional—ask if you need guidance.
If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros* (do this only if you have at least two complete, independent backups, and you know how to restore to an empty drive from any of them.) Don’t erase the recovery partition, if present.
Keeping your confidential data secure during hardware repair
Apple also recommends that you deauthorize a device in the iTunes Store before having it serviced.
*An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed.

  • Help! iPhone 5 restarting by itself! Battery level won't change after charging.

    HELP!
I have a 3 month old iPhone 5 that was recently updated to iOS 7. After a few days of use, I noticed after a night of charging, which I always do, the battery level indicator and percentage did not change. Next, in my carpool ride in to work, when using the iPhone, randomly the screen would freeze, then turn a random color and would shut off and restart.
Then all of a sudden it was fine, no issues.
Then today, the same thing is happening. The battery level, freezing/color changing on the screenscreen/restarting issues are back.
I don't know whats going on. Never had an issue with any of 3 past my iPhones.
    Thanks in advance,
    Josh

I'm sorry, it seems that the problem is that my phone WON'T restore. I just tried restoring again and it keeps giving me the 2001 error. Help.
