I live in Argentina. I bought a new iphone 3gs unlocked on January 20th, 2012, in Aventura Mall in Miami, Florida. I arrived in Buenos Aires last Saturday, 28th, turned it on, and it never worked. It shuts down, and freezes for long periods of time, strange things appear on the screen, basically, it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.
I want to give it back, and get my money back, but there's no contact mail, or telephone I can call from Argentina. There are only 1-800 telephone numbers which I cannot use from here. Also, there is no official Apple Store or Repair Centre here in Buenos Aires.
I call to the Aventura Apple Store and a machine answers me, and does not re-direct my call to a repair centre or support centre.
I find no way to contact Apple regarding my problem. It seems I could only contact them if I lived in USA.
I can't believe I have bought an Apple product that does not work, and that I cannot claim to anybody. I have no way of asking for a replacement.

This is the way of Apple all over the world, Their toll free telephone numbers for AppleCare support are all country specific. Apple does not provide an international support number anywhere.

I have a new iMac (Snow Leopard) which comes with a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse. Just in case that the wireless mouse does not work, how can I navigate through applications and the screen?

Let me replicate:
Shift-Command-A (on the Desktop, (but how to get there?) to open Apps, e.g System Preferences;
Arrow keys to navigate within Apps;
Command-down arrow to open a specific app;
Arrows to move around, e.g. to Magic Mouse
Space to open Magic Mouse;
Tab to move between options and arrows to change these; and Tab back to the back icon.

My iphone 6 connects to the car via bluetooth, the music works good, but the phone calles does not work. It looks like it is working but doesn't. I have tried in my Hyundai and a Dodge rent car and get the same results. I updated the last 8.0.2.

It worked the first day i had the phone, and then i updated to Ios 8.0.2 and it quit working.
Now when i get in the car, it acts like it is connected and makes the same call it was on after syncing to bluetooth, but it really isn't on a call. This is happening on both cars.
Does anyone know if this is the phone and i need to take it to Apple or if there is an issue that Apple is working on getting a fix for?
My son in law has the exact same phone as me, we both got the on 10/6, he had a Dodge Dart and his is working via bluetooth.
Someone HELP please, as i consider this a safety issue by not having my calls go to bluetooth.

We had the same problem, but figure out the solution.
You MUST have at least 1 song added to your ITUNE! After you add a free song, then everything else should work as normal!

I went to the Audio store to see about getting a surround sound and the salesperson asked me why I wasn't using AirPlay, he said it was better than the Bluetooth, better quality. So I do have AirPlay on my Sony and I installed the app on my iPhone 5 but they can't find eachother.......when I try looking for my iPhone on my receiver it does not show it. The Sony display works through my TV, the set up screen is there but it says no devices found. You don't. Since you have an Intel Mac, buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD from the online Apple Store.
