My Iphone 5 was working Ok last night, I waked up in the morning to find it switched off and don't want to reopen, why?
Why suddenly my IPhone 5 switched off during night (Till I slept it was working ) and in the morning it doesn’t want to open, even the alarm didn’t wake me (the entire phone was switched off), I was leaving it charging and the battery was 80% (last time I used it before I went to bed)
Plug your device into the original charger & block in a wall outlet and leave it alone for a couple of hours. Then, while it is still plugged in, restart it by holding down the home button and the power button for 10-15 seconds until you see the Apple, then let go.

Fairly new to mac, and today my charter email account keeps asking me for password which was working fine last night when I went to bed. Now today it states that it is not the correct password and I cannot get my mail? What should I do here?

I recently got the iPhone 4s, but my iPod has a lot of apps with a lot of data on them and don't want to start over. I already synced my iPhone from the computer that had all my apps from my iPod, how do i transfer the data over, the other apps did. But some reason the app Clash Of Clans did not. Thank you.
If I wiped my phone I wouldn't have the contacts on my phone to send to my self. I would need to take just the contacts from my back up. I would have to do this through iTunes and I don't see how I can just extract the contacts only from my back up. From what I can figure out it is all or nothing

I can't get my trackpad on my MacBook to click. It was working fine last night.
I'm not sure if its the battery expanding (but since it was fine last night), it could be the battery expanding.
Apple representatives told me that the battery expands to let us know the battery needs to be replaced and when it expands the enlarged battery won't allow the trackpad to click, when your pressing it.
Clicks also won't happen when the area under the trackpad gets dirty.
Does anyone know if there is a way to check to see if the battery is good without taking the MacBook apart? Also, there is no error Exclamation Point, on the top right of the screen. That happened to my MacBook Pro, as well as an inability to click the trackpad.

That's just not correct. Swelling in the battery is caused by overheating of one or more cells in the battery, followed an exothermic chemical reaction of the anode (usually lithium cobalt oxide). It can cause simple swelling or even complete failure in the battery (including fire). It is NOT something by design to tell us that the battery needs to be replaced. It is a runaway thermal process in the battery.
Minor swelling might be ignored with no further issue. When in doubt, have the battery checked by Apple or an authorised repair centre. -
IPhone 5, started IOS 7 update, now I have iTunes logo, remains there after I switch off and on
I tried to download the latest iOS last night, after a couple of mins as the bar was scrolling, the iTunes logo appeared on the screen. ( this screen appears on the apple restore instructions on the website) . I have never used iTunes. I switch the phone off and on again a few times, but the iTunes logo still there and I can't go any further or get onto another screen. I don't know if the latest iOS update is complete. I am stuck. I've tried an uninstall and re-install of both apps, cleared media cache, have plenty of memory. Doesn't seem to have any reason to not work. It will export just fine, but will not allow any edits, or even simple playback.

The app was called "ArtRage," and I found it after reviewing my Checking Account, and have just seen it in my "Purchased from Apple" Apps. I downloaded it, and after running it, it's something that maybe a third-grader would use (My youngest Daughter is 38) and there is no way I would have purchased this thing for $4.95!

When I search the App Store on my iPad for ArtRage I see the $4.95 fee shown. If you downloaded the app you agreed to pay the fee. The only way to download the app would be to tap on the $4.95 button then confirm that you want to purchase the app. That completes the purchase. According to the App Store Terms of Service "You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase..." and "All sales of products are final." You can read the terms of service at this link:

Hi I dropped my iphone 5 in water last night, it is working but has shadow over the screen how can I get this fixed?
Probably too late to do anything but replace the device at this point.
Once electronics get wet, the best thing to do is turn it off and put it in silica gels packs or uncooked rice for a minimum of 72hrs. Only then should the user attempt to power the device on. -
ahh! .I restored my iphone recently and put all my music back onto my phone that day and it was fine but last night i was putting someother music on got an error music on. I got an error message about not being able to sync and now ALL my music has GONE. deos anyone know why this would have happened?

My iPhone has stopped working over wifi. It was working till late night yesterday and in monring it stopped. I thought that it may be problem in my internet. But noticed that it doesn't work with office wifi as well. Have done some of the reset option.
