Try restoring theiPod while having it plugged in. This will get rid of the passcode. Good lcuk!

So I had put a lock on my IPhone and forgot the pin number! I am now locked out! It says to connect to itunes so I did but nothing has happene my phone is still locked! Someone help!

I have this problem, and yes, whenever I try to restore my phone, it gets half way then tells me theres an error, so my phone has no software and I cant use it now..

also this is the second time I have had to restore Ipad
I know how to reset time. It just want stay fixed. Its about three hours behind. The time zone is right, and set to automatic. The question on restore. I have had t0 restore twice now. I am not doing anything that I know that would cause it to crash.
When it crashes, you want know untill the next time you start up the pad from being turn off. -

If you have a graphic of iTunes and a cable displayed on your iDevice then it is in Recovery mode.

I started update connected to my work computer....it started update and now it is asking me to connect to Itunes, which I have but my work computer doesn't have my Iphone information, it says I have the latest software, my only option is to "restore phone" which I don't want to do here at work as none of my apps or music are showing up .....
