My iphone 5c is stolen last week. i hv filed complaint in police station and also given my IMEI no. at apple helpline but i still hvn't got any information. how can i get my ipone back?

Unless you had created an iCloud account and set up 'Find My iPhone' on the phone prior to its being stolen there is nothing else you can do. That might allow you to locate the phone, provided it is on, not wiped, and able to connect to a network.
The IMEI and serial numbers can be used to identify the phone as yours if it happens to turn up; they can't be used to locate it. You won't hear anything unless it happens to turn up if an attempt is made to register or repair it, or it is found by the police in a raid on a suspected criminal.
You probably need to accept that it's gone: if it was insured you should of course contact your insurer.

Have your wife log in to her user account on the laptop. Launch iTunes, then connect her phone to the computer with the USB cable. Sync. That should put back all apps and media. Since you already upgraded her to iOS 5 she'll have to manually enter all her settings and preferences, and organize her home screens.

I had the similar problem last night and found a solution (although it takes more than a few clicks). Highlight all the album tracks in itunes on the pc and right click "get info". Check the artwork box in this window. I found that the now playing art was showing up in the itunes window, but on songs that were missing artwork showed nothing in the get info box. When I replaced the artwork by using the artwork command, or manually adding it into the "get info" window. It was annoying but my iphone updated every album.

Okay, changed my apple ID in itunes. When I try to download using the ipod directly to download a song it comes up with my old ID. How can I have it default to my new ID. I've already sync'd it and that didn't do it. Need help please.
Thanks- Did you actually change you Apple ID or did you just change the email address associated with the Apple ID. The Apple ID (which is an email address) can me different that the email address associated with your account. Also see:

The newer versions of Firefox are incompatible with my website builder. Tech support advised me that Firefox 3.6 would work.

Firefox 3.6 came out in 2010. It is VERY old in terms of software and especially web browsers. Firefox is currently on version 36.0.4 and version 37 comes out next week. You should ALWAYS be running the latest version of a web browser. Don't believe me? If you are using 3.6, you are vulnerable to most of the bugs at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox/, and your browser can't use all the new features http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Firefox#Version_4.0 from version 4 down (there are lots). You are stuck in technology 5 years old and can't use all the modern awesomeness.
Honestly, if your website building tool only supports Firefox 3.6, you should consider finding a new tool. There are lots of modern web technologies (like HTML5, CSS3, etc.) that that tool is probably forcing you to miss out on.
If you really need to use that tool, can't upgrade, and firefox 3.6 is the only version that works (I'd try using it with modern Firefox, it might work) then use the portable version of Firefox 3.6 and use regular Firefox for all your regular surfing. I downloaded several songs on my iPod touch and it wouldn't sync with my computer so I needed to restore it. Those songs that I had downloaded show up in my purchase history but they are no where to be found in the music library. The assistance I got from support was to chech the "Check for available downloads" and precede from there, but it isn't finding those songs. How can I get those songs back?
They are only where you put them, if you did not download them on the computer or transfer them from the iDevice, there is no logical expectation for them to be on the computer.
