My iphone 5c screen has popped out a little bit on the left side, have some other persons this problem too?
hello everyone, i have s one problem with my iphone 5c, i bought it yesterday and the screen has already popped out on the left side i wondering if some other person has the same problem as me?
i think i most it, but do you think it will go on the warranty?

If it is still under warranty, and they determine it is a manufacturing defect, they will replace it. Be sure to back everything up before taking it into the Apple Store. That way, if you do get a new device, you will be able to set it up from the backup.

Screen stuck zoomed in a little bit all the time.
There seems to be no catalyst for this situation as far as an update or anything, but my iPhone 3GS just started zooming in a little bit on the screen bringing the apps to the very edge of the screen and blocking off the options in apps like iPod and iTunes that have menu options displayed across the bottom. I have reset it, restored it, turned it off and on (repetitive, I know) and tried to find anything related in the settings, but so far am unable to get it to stop cutting off the frame of the screen.
Any ideas?Probably the zoom feature.

I have never had a problem sending & or receiving e-mail prior to the past few days. All of a sudden the Send button has disappeared and my address list on the left side has disappeared too.
I did find some help which suggested opening the Write and then press F9 to retrieve the address list. The address list returned on the left but does not appear as it used to ie. full length of the screen. However what is now there will be satisfactory. The "Send " button is still missing which is frustrating as I have not been able to send any e-mails for approximately a week now.
Would appreciate advice as to how to retrieve the above.

This a.m. my computer would not turn on at all. I therefore contacted the company which services it, namely iTOK and a technician read your suggestions and after a bit of manipulation of various things he got them both back. It seems that I had not noticed the "press the alt key" as part of it due to the fact that the 'alt key' was not 'ALT key'. My fault for skimming too quickly. Thanks again for your advice...it worked and now i am back on track.

When I click to open a photo it opens a black screen with a grey triangle, exclamation mark in the middle. How do I fix this problem?
Make a temporary, backup copy of your library if you don't already have one (Control-click on the library and select Duplicate from the contextual menu) and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

My 13" macbook just stopped working. When you turn it on you get a white screen and hear a repetitive clicking sound on the left side. Is this the hard drive? Any suggestions on replacement drives?
ThanksPut your install DVD into the optical drive (CD/DVD drive) and reboot. Be sure to either use the disc that came with your Mac, or, if you installed a later Mac OS X version from disc, use the newer disc. As soon as you hear the boot chime, hold down the "c" key on your keyboard (or the Option Key until the Install Disk shows up) until the apple shows up. That will force your MacBook to boot from the install DVD in the optical drive.
When it does start up, you'll see a panel asking you to choose your language. Choose your language and press the Return key on your keyboard once. It will then present you with an Installation window. Completely ignore this window and click on Utilities in the top menu and scroll down to Disk Utility and click it. When it comes up is your Hard Drive in the list on the left?
If it is, then click on the Mac OS partition of your hard drive in the left hand list. Then select the First Aid Tab and run Repair Disk. The Repair Disk button won't be available until you've clicked on the Mac OS partition on your hard drive. If that repairs any problems run it again until the green OK appears and then run Repair Permissions. After repairing use Startup Disk from the same menu to choose your hard drive for restarting from your hard drive.
If your hard drive isn’t recognized in Disk Utility then your hard drive is probably dead. -
When I am turning my iphone off, while sliding it makes white little square in the final part of sliding. Is this a bug or only I have this problem?

My iPhone 5 screen has blacked out.

My iPhone 5 screen has just randomly blacked out on me.
I sent a text message to someone then lay my phone down on the sofa and when I picked it up again moments later the screen did not work and it is completely unresponsive. When I ring my phone it rings but I cannot hear my ringtone. Plugging my phone into charge does nothing and I have also tried pressing the lock and home button at the same time for 10 seconds which also does not work.
Has anyone else had this problem?Also forgot to mention that when I plug it into my MacBook it's also unresponsive with my iTunes

Whenever I click on a link, a new window pops up. That's good, that's what I wanted. They've always opened on the left side of the screen. However, they are now opening in the middle of the screen. This has happened before and the screen eventually opened completely on the right. Last time this happened, I ended up having to delete something. I don't remember what, but it solved the issue. Please help!

Let me add, music is no longer at the top of the playlist column so the extra steps to set up and add to playlists is downright annoying
I have a lot of folders and as of 01-03-14 they I am unable to see then all so I can just drop easily. And iTunes person who reads this pass the word not to discount desktops. Given personal security issues of new the future might abode interest in personal privacy not being a cloud thing. After some people's butts are burned and publically so the music experience just might revert to scrutiny of privacy.

You should check with your carrier to see if you are eligible for a subsidized iPhone 4. It may cost you the same as the out of warranty replacement for a phone almost 3 generations old. -
I dropped my iphone and the screen started popping out
i recently dropped my phone and it fell flat on its screen. the top right hand of the screen popped out and when i pressed the home button, there were white lines going vertically on the screen. My touch screen also wont work at all. I tried popping it back in but more white lines just started showing up on the screen. what should i do?
You mean no other smartphones have an issue where if you drop the phone the screen comes out? Really?
If all that needs to be done is to replace the screen the cost is $109/$129 USD depending on the model of the iPhone.
If there is more damage Apple does not repair the phone they replace the entire phone. The good news is if you only had this phone for a month and they do this then you get back your one year warranty. Or if you had purchased AppleCare+ it would have cost you $79 USD for your deductible. -
When I plug my iPhone into PC to sync, I am getting a screen with music squares with notes in the icon. I was getting the iTunes home sync screen with the categories on the left side. And it had options along the top as sync items. It will sync, but I have no idea where the iTunes screen went.
I also will get an error message that says "iTunes could not back up the iPhone because the iPhone disconnected". But, it does back up and it is connected. Any ideas out there as to what is going on and how I could fix this? Thanks.The new iTunes has a somewhat different look from the previous version. You can get the old look back if you prefer it by doing View > Show Sidebar in iTunes. Or you can adapt to the new look.
