I have a problem with my iPhone 5 stopped working the sleep / power and simultaneously refused to obey the HOME button. I can not use either one or the other. I can not enable or disable the device, display lights up when you plug the charger. same display works fine as it is surprising. or maybe someone knows what is the reason for this? is there any way to solve this problem?
More than likely its a hardware issue, I have never encountered such a problem and best bet is to just go get it replaced. If you have insurance on your device apple will replace it as long as there was no water damage, if you dont have insurance they will charge $200 more or less. Hope you get it fixed

I got a usb charger for my 4th gen Ipod touch that at first allowed my to charge and transfer music from my laptop to the Ipod now nothing happens when I plug the usb cord and Ipod into my laptop. I have an IPhone 4 that turns off on its own. When I plug the phone into an outlet, it says to connect to iTunes. When i connect my phone to itunes, the screen displays the apple icon and doesn't connect to iTunes. I need to backup info on this phone so I can apply my back up to a new iPhone. Is there any another way i can do this? My older phone will not show it's connected to iTunes. I used iCloud on the phone with problems, but I didn't back up all the info thru iCloud. Is there another way to back up?
Sounds like your phone is in recovery mode. In this case, all data on it is gone. There's nothing to back up.

Why can I print from my iPhone and not my iPad? I have been able to do it in the past. I have tried a hard reset but it still cannot find the printer.
In addition to rebooting the router and the iPad, I would reset the printer as well. Unplug the printer from power and do the same with the router. Leave the router unplugged for about 30 seconds. Plug the router in first and let it totally start up, plug the printer in again, and then reboot/reset the iPad.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If that doesn't work, you can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. Your WiFi passwords, location services, device preferences all have to be re-entered. You will not lose any data or media whatsoever. -
My camera hasn't been working. its pitch black when i click on it. Sometimes it works front camera but very rarely. And sometimes its just blurry but not from out of focus turned it on and off, I've restarted it, I've taken it off my restrictions and eveything. Please help me! Any other suggestions? Im open to any suggestions!!

I have been using PSE for quite a while but I am not a power user. I often use the crop tool to trim unwanted elements and set the size for the paper I want to use. When I opened a photo to edit yesterday the crop tool was not there. There is a tool named recompose but if I click it I cannot make any adjustments. I do not know if other functions are affected and I have no idea how to check them. I have no idea what caused this problem and would appreciate any assistance in resolving the problem.
Which operating system are you using?
The Crop Tool shares the same tool slot in the toolbox with the Recompose Tool.
You should be able to Left click and hold on the toolbox icons to see the fly-out menus for the tools that share the same slots.
Tools in the toolbox that have other tools in the same slot have a little black arrow to the right of the tool icons.
One can also use Shift+C to switch between the Crop and Recompose Tools. -

What is occuring is the "fsck" check on the boot drive is performing a repair at boot time and failing to fix the issue with the file structure of the drive.
If your not experineced in "computer things" I suggest you call a local Mac/PC repair shop and mention you need data recovery and repair. Apple doesn't do data or software repair, only hardware then under warranty and AppleCare or else it's out of pocket.
If you are somewhat capable, you can do data recovery yourself and then attempt to fix your issue in place, but eventually may have to erase and install everything, the operating system, programs and recovered files, as a last resort measure or even have the hard drive replaced or the machine's hardware fixed.

If you have an older MBP with a removable battery, you might experiment with removing the battery, plugging it in, replacing the battery, etc.
You might experiment with a different charger, if you have access to one.
Otherwise, you can try Resetting the System Management Controller .
Having said all that, it is most likely you will have to take the computer in to a service place for testing/repair. -

Ipod classic has been wiped saying 'no music'etc.
Cannot see it on the 'device list' in my itunes. I have tried restoring to factory settings and reloading...it reloads some of the music, but when I plug the Ipod back in, it wipes it again. Ocassionally Itunes freezes when I plug in the Ipod.Make sure your headphones are plugged in all the way, meaning you cannot see any of the silver still showing from the headphone's plug.
A feature of the Nano is to put it to sleep when the display goes out and it does not detect any headphones.

My iphone 5c has lifted out of its case on one side, and now the screen has cracked on that side! its still under warentee but i dont know what to do im not paying for it to be fixed when i havnt done anything! is there anything or anyone thats experianced this problem?
You can get all your question answered, by taking it into the Apple store.
If it is a manufactuing defect then you'll more than likely get a replacement without being charged.
If they deem that the phone is damaged by accidental cause, then you would need to pay for an out of warranty 5C unless you have apple care or apple care ++
