It can only be serviced / replaced in the country where it was originally sold. All service and support in UAE is provided by the authorized carriers there. Take it in to the carrier it was purchased from for service.

FaceTime: I want to see the other guy, not myself

I'm self-conscious. I've looked for answers online but found nothing that directly addresses the issue. I've even seen something as ridiculous as having plastic surgery to improve your appearance of FaceTime. To me, using FaceTime is like hearing myself on a tape recorder "Eeew! THAT'S how I sound?!" I don't mind being seen, but I don't want to see myself - I find it distracting and my attention wanders as I critique any flaws in my appearance. This doesn't happen in a normal face-to-face conversation, why should it happen in a FaceTime conversation?
I want to see the person on the other end. I want that person to see me. That's what FaceTime is all about but...I want to be able to eliminate from MY screen that little box with myself in it. That doesn't seem like too much to ask of Apple. Maybe it can already be done and that's what I'm trying to find out. Anyone out there with any tips?

Yeah, I get that and it makes sense. I just wish I had the option of making it somewhat less than perfect by eliminating the reflection box. When I'm on my macbook air, I can cover my image using a small window in Finder. I'll have to figure out a way on my iPhone. Maybe a small removable sticky note kept in my case for that purpose. Your reply is much appreciated and you were helpful. I looked at the link you shared but it doesn't really have any solutions - just the knowledge that others feel as I do. And you helped with terminology - I didn't know "that little box with myself in it" is called a reflection box. Thank you! :-)

Yes, there is no option for that like on normal phones, maybe iphone not a normal phone.

I am working with flat file upload. Now my problem is in the selection screen field when i press space bar or backspace i want to see the previous file path which i have taken before. How to do this functionality.

PARAMETER: in_file type ibipparms-path MEMORY ID FID.
at selection-screen on value-request for in_file.
call function 'KD_GET_FILENAME_ON_F4'
    exporting
      mask      = ',CSV,*.csv,'
    changing
      file_name = in_file.
But here when u give a path and execute and come back or executing it again the previous path will automatically come to the in_file field.

I Want to See the RAWs, not the JPEGs

I'm still using the trial version of Aperture... quite a learning curve, but I like the features I see so far...
I've been shooting RAW+JPEG with my Nikon D80. I use the "stacking" feature of Aperture when I import the images. But Aperture seems to want to put the JPEGs on top, rather than the RAW files.
I really don't want to see the JPEGs. Is there someway to get it to default to the RAW files instead?

I shoot RAW+JPG on my Canon, and I too imported my pictures into iPhoto, and then migrated to Aperture. I did not use the stack option while importing into Aperture. Rather, once I had my projects in Aperture, I used the auto-stack feature. I clicked the slider to change from "Off" to "0:00", and that didn't actually do anything. Then I moved the slider to auto stack 3 or 4 seconds worth, and then back to 0 seconds. and the result was that the JPG and RAW file were stacked together. However, in my case, the RAW was the automatic Pick.
I wonder if the order of the auto stack is based on the file name. My Canon Raw files are .CR2, and therefore alphabetically before the .JPG file with the same sequence name. Are your Nikon files .NEF? They would be alphabetically after .JPG files. Do yours have the same date/time stamp? Mine do, and when I auto-stack, the first item alphabetically is the pick.
If your photos have the same date/time stamp, it may be a long shot, but here's an idea:
Unstack everything
Sort by date/time
Sort in reverse
Auto stack to 0:00 (like I first described).
I haven't tried this, but it's worth a shot.
