My iphone 5s A1533 didnt want to unlock.

wrote operator, they said that unlocked, but as soon as I put my sim to iphone asks me to activate the native simkarty. What should I do? I can not use it in another country. The operator AT & T.

Did you follow the instructions? Like restoring your phone as new via iTunes on a computer? Did you get the "congratulations your phone is now unlocked" message in iTunes after restoring?

If you need to activate the SIM you need to talk to the carrier whose SIM you are trying to use.

Sprint are known to be pretty tough-nut to crack. You are out of luck.
Unlocking using unofficial sources (other than Sprint) is neither supported by Apple nor here on this forum.

Neither AT&T or Apple will unlock US sold locked iPhones.
Pursue other methods if you want/need it unlocked.

I purchased iPhone5s from Apple online store a month ago or so. I wanted the unlocked phone, so I chose the T-mobile option. (It was before they added the Sim-free option). When I got the confirmation email it said "iPhone 5s 16GB Gold (GSM),T-Mobile". No mention of "unlocked" or "locked" next to it, while friends of mine who purchased it the same way and a bit earlier than me has "unlocked" written next to "iPhone 5s 16GB Gold (GSM),T-Mobile - Unlocked".
I checked the model of the phone it is A1533. I read that this means unlocked. I also read that there are 3 types of model A1533 (GSM, CDMA & something else I can't remember) But because it wasn't mentioned in the confirmation email, I am worried that it is locked :/
So before opening the box, I wanna know if anyone can help me and tell me whether this is unlocked or not? because if it isn't, then is it possible to exchange it from any apple store with an unlocked one?

If you bought it a month or so ago, it's too late to return it now. The only thing you could do would be to sell it and buy a new one.
However, IF you purchased the T-Mobile 5s from Apple and NOT from T-Mobile, then it should be unlocked.

No, you can't do what you want. Apple will only ship a US iPhone to a verified billing/shipping address in the US.

You will have to contact orange to get your phone unlock. ONly the carrier that the phone is locked to can unlock the phone.

I saw cidya aap so i m not sure if it was jailbroken or not before but it is back to normal settings.
My problem started when I tried to sync my music files. I pressed 'sync' all it says is waiting for sync start, preparing to sync and then waiting for the changes to be applied. but it does not sync at all.
I found a way to sync my music files through autofill but I really wanted to sync ringtones but its not syncing and I really wanted to put ringtones in my phone please help.

If you see the cidya app, your iPhone is hacked with the cutsie term for this being jailbroken. This also means all the built in security has been removed making the iPhone as insecure as an android device.
Restore the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup to get rid of that hacking garbage. If the iPhone has hacked to be unlocked, the iPhone will no longer be unlocked when doing so.
