My iphone 5s do not activate iphone house
I have a iphone 5s, restore it to factory settings and now my iphone will not activate it. took 9 days with this problem and I can fix anything.
OK WELL I'LL EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM. LOOK WHAT HAPPENS IS THAT I HAVE A IPHONE 5S DAY LAST THURSDAY WAS LEFT TO ME NO SIGNAL PROBLEM AND WAS NOT OPERATOR, THEN A friend recommended RESTORE TO FACTORY SETTINGS AND PROCEDURE TO PERFORM THE ITUNES. RESTART WHEN MY IPHONE 5S ME, ME A MESSAGE THAT SAID CAME "HELLO" THEN I APPLY FOR LANGUAGE "LE PLACE SPANISH IN MY CASE" THEN I REQUEST THE PLACE WHERE AM I AND MY PLACE IF YOU "COLOMBIA" LATER CALLS ME ME CONNECT TO A NETWORK WIFI TO ACTIVATE AND ME SALE "MAY THE ACTIVATION OF IPHONE LAST FEW MINUTES" AND AS I DO ACTIVE THEN ME OUT ANOTHER MESSAGE SAYING "UNABLE TO ACTIVATE IPHONE" HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACTIVATE THE IPHONE BECAUSE SERVER ACTIVATION IS NOT AVAILABLE TEMPORARILY, TRY AGAIN IN A FEW MINUTES OR PROOF CONNECT IPHONE TO iTUNES TO ACTIVATE. IF PROBLEM PERSIST, PLEASE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE APPLE. WEAR AND 9 DAYS WITH THAT PROBLEM AND SOLVE NOTHING TO ME, ALL DAY TRATANTO RETRY AND CONNECTS TO SEE IF ANYTHING. YESTERDAY THERE WAS DISABLED remembered APPLICATION "FIND MY IPHONE" AND ENTER TO DISABLE ICLOUD AND LO. BUT TODAY I WALK AGAIN IN WIFI AND NOTHING TO ME THE ACTIVE.

this problem is making me mad.. i cant do my work without iphone.. contact asap...Sometimes it happens when phone is not connected to Internet. If it is not - try connect to itunes on the computer and activate again. If it is - good luck and advice to reset password.

Not a good sign. Try forcing the phone into recovery mode & restoring it. If this fails, make an appointment at an Apple store:
Turn your phone off. Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new. -

Do you have a Sim card from the carrier the iPhone is locked to in the iPhone's sim card slot? Without one, you cannot activate the iPhone.

If your phone was previously hacked to unlock it, when you updated the hack was removed and it's re-locked to the original carrier. The phone will now activate and operate only with that original carrier.

The photo option in ICloud on my computer will not activate (it is grayed out) after I load the Icloud download. My Ipad and iphone are sharing my photo stream photos but cannot get to my computer. I read all the instructions and reloaded Cloud 2 x but again will not activate the photo sharing piece.
I don't have a Recently Added playlist. However, I discovered that the file I had named Eating Healthy was given the name You Can Enjoy Eating Healthy when it copied to iTunes. I'm guessing iTunes pulled the full name of the piece from the internet. Upshot--the mp3 did transfer to iTunes on all 3 tries, but I was looking in my alphabetized list under E, not Y, so I didn't see it there. Thanks for your help.

after unlocking over the phone from ATT and resetting iphone 3gs I keep getting the same error message "could not activate phone" neither Apple Store Tech or ATT were able to fix this .
Itunes displays a message saying "there is no SIM installed in the phone you're trying to activate" even if there is the same SIM that was working minutes before.
The SIM works on a different phone I tested it.

Well it’s going on day 6 and still sporadic to no EDGE on my iPhone. At one time, it was thought to be a defective iPhone – since my partner’s iPhone works just fine.
After over three hours on the land line with AT&T and Apple, I was sent to the local Apple store for a replacement. Of course, as soon as I walked into the Apple store my iPhone worked just fine. ;-( The local store replaced my iPhone and suggested I go home and activate the phone as a NEW iPhone, that way if there was a bug in my data it would not carry over to the new phone. Did that and well… still sporadic to no EDGE. By the way, I have the Big White “E” to the right of the 5 bars and AT&T .
AT&T said last week they has “Software” issues in my area, but the CSR I talked to did not know what the issues were or if they were the cause of my problems. He did say they would call me back today to see how my iPhone was doing, but alas, no call back.
When I’m next to my partner, trying to access the same feature, his iPhone is just so fast. Mine hangs up, draws out and finally I get the error message, “Could Not Activate EDGE”. I am updated to version “1.1.4(4A102)”. New (refurbished) iPhone direct from Apple.
I remember reading a while back about some problems others had when they upgraded to from 1.1.3 to 1.1.4. I never had those problems, but it sure looks like they may have started. Does anyone remember what the problems with 1.1.4 were, what was done if anything to correct them, and best of all any suggestions?
By the way, this is Seattle, not some small – out of the way place where connection and signal strength is expected to be second rate. Also, I had full function of my iPhone from the day I bought it in June 2007, all the way up to Thursday March 20, at 2120.

After I restored my iPhone, I can not activate it with a message followed "Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your Iphone to iTunes to activate it or try again in a couple of minutes..." I have tried several times but Nothing better happens! Hope Somebody could tell me how to solve this problem!

Please can someone help me to solve the error message "Could not activate cellular data network: PDP authentication failure"when using 3G or GPRS on safari with an iphone 4GS and latest software updates. I have tried resetting the network and phone settings. I have restored the factory settings on itunes and still the problem persists.
All iPhones sold in Japan are sold carrier locked and cannot be officially unlocked by the carrier. If you unlocked it, it was by unauthorized means (hacked), and support cannot be given to you in this forum.
Hacked iPhones are subject to countermeasures by Apple, particularly when updating the firmware. It is likely permanently re-locked or permanently disabled.

IPHONE 5: can't receive calls and random error messages, such as "could not activate cellular data network" and "no connection - network unavailable, please connect to wifi or cellular network." This occurs even when signal strength or wifi is operational, and it does not matter whether wifi is on or off. ATT went through the standard protocol - resetting network, resetting sim card, etc. No changes. Other phones working fine in same region with same carrier. Apple's solution is to restore software, but haven't gone there yet. Anyone successfully addressed this/these issues?
I should point out that it worked when the iPhone was set back to factory settings, but when restored with the backup, data/internet no longer works again, and I get the "Could not activate cellular data network" error message yet again.

i have iphone 4 and it worked previously but then lost service, contacted provider and said would have to do factory reset. Did the reset and now can not activate phone. said server was not working to connect to itunes. Connected to itunes and still can not activate it. any suggesgtions?

Sorry, but Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS.
Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums, but you can use Google to find information on how to install an older version of iOS on any device.
Note that you will void the warranty and loose official support by Apple.
