My iphone 5s mic works perfect on voice memo and viber calls but it dosent work well in regular calls
I have problem with my iPhone 5s mic,iOS 8.1.3
the front mic works perfect in viber calls or voice memo in every position I put the phone on my ear, but in regural calls my voice is to low and muffled. my friend on the other side always tell me to speak louder. When i put the phone in front of me it works fine but when i put it on my ear the mic is faulty And i have to speak loud.It dosent have to be anything with the hardware, what should i do?? I tried to disable the noise cancelation but it dosent changed any thing,plz help me, i cant afford returning the phone, what is wrong with my over priced phone, i had iphone 5 and it was perfect, but this one has a big issue,i tried restarting the phone, is reseting to factory setting may helps. Please help me with this.

Next time an app update gets stuck try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons for10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. Wait till your iPad starts on it's own. Try now. Also YouTube is still available. If you can't find it the the app store go to the bottom of the app store page and tap purchased. All your deleted apps will be listed and you can reinstall YouTube from there.

i just downloaded the latest version of itunes but i cant zync my iphone nor my ipod. it just to work perfectly with the older version of itunes but now itunes does not detect my ipod nor iphone. i have a windows pd and iwindows detects the iphone and ipod. what is something i can do to fix the problem??

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
or
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Featurs appin the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

Iphone 4 sync won't delete voice memos
I have deleted all voice memos on my mac, but sync won't remove them from my iphone 4 (version 4.3.3) I have tried checking "Include voice memos" then syncing. I have tried unchecking and then syncing. I have completely deleted my voice memos playlist on my mac and repeated both syncs above. I have also reset my phone (b/c I was getting an error message that I didn't have a microphone - reset fixed this) and tried again. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I have about 50 voice memos and don't want to delete them one at a time.
I recorded a new voice memo on my phone and synced again. The sync created a new voice memos playlist in itunes (as it should have) with the one new voice memo in it. The sync completely ignored the 50-or-so old voice memos on my phone.

An external hyperlink should handoff to Safari and leave iBooks.

turn phone off
hold home button and plug cable into phone. do not release home button until an itunes graphic appears on device.

Is anyone else having an issue with Muse 2014.2 Freezing/Crashing at launch? It worked perfectly up until tonight and nothing has changed on my computer. I'm running windows 8.1. I've tried logging in and out of CC, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Muse twice with no change. Please advise. Thanks!

First step is to clean the iPhone charging port with a clean dry toothbrush, also use a bit of Isopropyll Alcohol, and clean especially the pins which are on top of the dock midrib.
Let it dry for a minute. Then open iTunes on computer, then connect iPhone to computer, then hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone is recognized by iTunes in Recovery Mode. Usually about 20 seconds time of holding both buttons. Restore the iPhone Firmware. -

I upgraed my iphone to ios 7 but its dosent work like app stor dosent install any brogram or update programs and its slow and stuck plz help meMy iPhone 5 wouldn't start after I turned it off a few minutes after writing this. It went into recovery mode and I had no choice but to connect to iTunes on PC and restore.
I restored to factory setting first, just to validate my phone was okay. For a second consecutive iOS update, the iPhone 5 did not update smoothly while connected to PC and iTunes - I had to retry two times before the progress bar for the update showed. (The exact same problem with the restart occured when I updated to 7.0.4.)
The good news is that I was ultimately able to restore the iPhone 5 to factory settings while running iOS 7.0.6. I did have a backup from about a month ago lying around and was able to successfully restore with that as well, so the damage done is almost negligible since I had my contacts, notes, mail, etc. backed up to iCloud.
Once I completed both restores, the sync with iTunes worked fine. -

Have a LaCie external 2big RAID drive; two 1T drives in RAID 0 configuration (striped). Drive works perfectly as one big 2T external disk but Mac Installer (Lion - App Store download & Snow Leopard DVD) refuse to install OS X Lion or OS X Snow Leopard on RAID drive.
Previous RAID - two 500g's in RAID 0 had SnowLeopard/Lion installed and worked just fine as bootable drive.
Help!Keep in mind a RAID 1 only protects you from hardware failure of one of the drives. It does not protect you if the hardware raid/chip set decides to take a vacation. Also, if FCP corrupts a file, it is written as corrupt to both drives.
I'm a big fan of separate but equal. Two drives. One goes to the site, the other remains at the hotel. At night, you back up the site disk to the the hotel disk. If something happens to the computer and the disk at the site the next day, you at least have the material back at the hotel.

I updated to 7.0 and now my ipod wont play in my car stero. I have reset, bought an itunes song and reset again but nothing is working. Pandora wont play. I can hear it very slightly in my speakers if I turn up the speakers but it is so faint. It plays thru its own speakers and my radio plays thru my speakers in my car so my its not my speakers.Help! I have an article for you that can provide some helpful troubleshooting steps to address your issue:
No sound through stereo headset1
Inspect the headset jack for debris and clean if necessary.
Connect the headset and make sure the connector is pushed in all the way.
Check the volume setting. Adjust the volume by pressing the volume up and down button on the left side of the iPhone.
If you are trying to listen to music and cannot hear any audio, make sure that the music on iPhone is not paused. Try squeezing the headset microphone to resume playback. Additionally, from the Home screen you can choose iPod > Now Playing, then tap Play.
Make sure the latest version of iTunes is installed on the computer that you are syncing the iPhone with (songs purchased from the iTunes Store using earlier versions of iTunes won't play).
Try another Apple headset (some third-party headsets require an adapter to be used with original iPhone).
Try a different song or video.
Check to see if the iPhone alert sounds or other iPhone sound effects exhibit the same audio issues.
Disconnect the headset from the iPhone and see if sound comes from the built-in speaker.

to do both of these, you will need to go through iTunes: sync your iPhone, change the nature of the voice memo from "voice memo" to "music", make sure it shows in your iTunes library, then sync the iPhone again.
