My iPhone 5s screen is locked and it cannot rotate. How do I fix this.
My 5s has a lock symbol on the upper right hand side and I don't know what I did to make that happen but I want it gone because my iPhone scarring cannot rotate. Thanks for your help in advance!
Scroll up from the bottom on the screen to get the control screen. The button on the right is rotation lock. Turn it off.

Double tap home button quickly in new row of icons at bottom, tap and hold your Message Icon until the Red Minus Sign appears, tap it to delete from background memory. Then slide all the icons to the right, all the way, see if the Lock Icon is present, if locked, unlock it. See if Message is better, if not, Reset iPhone, hold both home and Power buttons until the iPhone restarts itself, ignore the "slide to power off" let the iPhone restart itself, usually takes about 10 seconds of holding both buttons.

Resently got white screen of death, and want to know how I can fix this
I was over at a friends house and my ipod dies from lack of batterie, and I plug my Ipod touch into his laptop with the USB cord and I walk away thinking everything is ok. I come back and unplug it, this white screen has come up and I'm unsure what to do next from this point. My iPad conveys that it is disabled, and that I need to connect to iTunes. When I connect to iTunes I get a message that I need to enter my pass code and open my Ipad, but I don't get the screen to open with a password. How do I fix this?
You will need to restore it. It may not sync, but the iPad's sidebar has to appear you can restore it and it will be as the last time ou synced it to iTunes. For more info:

Just updated my iPhone 5s from ios 8.1 to 8.3. After the install it asked for Apple ID and password and to allow it to sync to Mac and iTunes. After following the steps my phone kept restarting - turning on and off and goes blank. How do I fix this??
I have had about 9 iOS devices at work do this.
The fix and it will wipe out anything on your iphone is to connect it to your computer and have the latest version on iTunes open. Hold the Power/Sleep and Home button till it blanks out. Keep holding the home button untill it says recovery mode on the screen of the computer and do a restore. -
hi! i went to go slide the thing to unlock my iphone 4 and it wouldnt slide, it froze up and everything is not working. i tried plugging it in but it is still frozen and nothing will work. how do i fix this?
My recommendation is to restart the iPhone. All you do is hold down the top button and hold down the home button for 5 seconds untill it automatically shuts down. Then click the top button untill you see a grey apple on your screen.

"Sounds like you guys are using the same apple id for imessage. You will need to create a separate id for you wife. OR go to settings - message - receive&send and make sure your phone number is the default for both you and yoru wife.

If I understand your question, you are trying to update your iPhone, but you are seeing an error message that iTunes for Windows is not installed, is that right? The first step is to get iTunes successfully installed on your computer. Then backup the iPhone before updating the iOS software.
