Select setup as "New", the next screen should prompt you to rename your phone. Just name it what you already have it named. After that, you should be able to sync and all of your data & settings will still be exactly as you've already set them up on your phone. The message is more threatening than what really happens.

Simply turn off the iPhone for about 60 seconds, and see if they reappear. If not, I would call Apple Care at 800-676-2775.

IPhone defaulting back to home screen, freezing and in a loop of rebooting/asking for passcode

iPhone 4, just over a month old, about 2 weeks into use has been playing up since.... I'm certain the problem is the same, but it manifests in different ways, usually daily. If unused for a period (as in an hour or two), the iPhone (when pressing the home button) goes to the black reboot screen, then asks for passcode, back to reboot, passcode and into an interminable loop.
Attempting to launch applications, or the internet, will just revert back to the home screen (as if the home button is pressed), or often, the home button will not work at all.
The onyl way of rectifying this is to shut off or - as this is sometimes not possible - screen and all buttons unresponsive - rebooting (holding home button & one of button)
I'm hoping it's a simple case of reinstalling something, or perhaps reverting to factory settings, but wonder if anyone else has experienced anything similar.

HI, if I did this, then I believe that I cloud would then hold my info which I don't want. Is that the case? The reason is that I'm an old git, therefore used to not giving out info. Would I be right?

my daughter cannot remember passcode. i have connected to itunes and restored. saved e verthing to itunes. the ipod touch is still asking for passcode.

What Passcode? If the Restrictions passcode then you have to restore to factory settings/new iPod.
If a screen-lock passcode then restoring from backup will not result in restoring the screen-lock passcode.

I can't get into my mail without being asked for my password and its stored in keychain and not having trouble on any other device except my macbook

I have been having trouble signing on for several days to my email accounts. Everytime it asks for my password and the keychain box pops up. I retype it and it returns. I even went under mail preferences and changed it and it will not let me on. I have an iPad and an iPhone and can access it that way (so I know the password is correct) but not on macbook. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you explain exactly what you did? That may help explain your situation.
When you try to boot normally, explain exactly what happens.
Have you tried starting up in Safe Mode?

I have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 running Safari 5.1.9 I have a problem loading VistaPrint website I am currently building. All worked until I updated Safari with this latest version and now I am sorry I did. I have not found issues with any other website.

I had to download FireFox to be able to access my website in VistaPrint. I have cleared cache, both thru Safari and thru Finder by moving this cache to trash ~/LIbrary/Caches/com.apple.Safari
I have set IPv6 to off, rebooted too many times to count, and I still can not access my VistaPrint website. What is going on here??? Safari 5.1.9 and Java 6 are the latest versions available for OS X 10.6.8. To upgrade any further you would need to upgrade to Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8.4) through the Mac App Store.

I have a sync issue with any songs name track 1 or 2 so on ..even though my itune shows I have the play list right but after i sync the same 20 tracks play very different tracks, it doesn't happen when I sync other songs that actually have names

"We" can't send you a passcode as we aren't Apple and Apple do not operate in these forums providing support, rather it's other users of iPad, just like you. As a sidenote, if you have just upgraded to iOS 7 during the mini setup process you are asked to CREATE a passcode as part of the setup process.
I'd suggest you read this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212 and this should hopefully resolve your issue.

You cannot merge apple id's. remember that before creating any new ones in the future.
You have two choices. Live with it, or repurchase the apps under the id you intend to keep using.

Created a form in Forms Central. Exported the PDF with Submit Button Option. When the PDF is filled out and submit clicked, it comes back asking for required fields to be filled but they already are. Any Help?

OK - I can clarify some things and tell you how to do what your looking for.
The desktop FormsCentral application tools are really designed towards create forms that do collect data on FormsCentral servers. You can still easily create PDFs that do not submit data to FormsCentral, but you'll have to add any alternative submit functionality using the Forms tools in Acrobat. You can create a PDF without the submit button in either case, signed in/out of the Desktop Application from the "File" - "Save as PDF Form" menu item. You can then modify the PDF in Acrobat XI Pro by doing a "Save A Copy", when you open the copy you can edit it any way you like, adding a "Submit" button that email's the PDF/Responses back to you...
Here's how: In Acrobat open the PDF you saved from the FormsCentral Desktop application and go to "File" - "Save a Copy" and choose a location, this will remove the security. Open up the copy you just created and you can now edit it, here is a YouTube video tutorial using Acrobat XI, he covers the email button in about two minutes, there are lots of tutorials out there but this one is easy to follow:,
