My iPhone 6 was stolen 3 weeks ago, unfortunately I didn't have "Find my iPhone" feature activated so I am unable to track it. When I login to my iCloud, I still see that iPhone as logged in to my Apple ID. Any solutions to this?
Stolen iPhone 6
Find my iPhone not activated
But iCloud still shows that it is logged in with my Apple ID
If your phone was stolen an didn't have Find My iPhone turned on the first thing I would do is change your Apple ID password. Immediately after that I would change the password for every app and web account that resides on the iPhone.
When you get your new replacement iPhone make sure that Find My iPhone is turned on and you have a good passcode set up to prevent unauthorized folks from gaining access to your device.

My iphone was stolen, if anyone can tell me how can I get it back? How to call the apple? Thanx
Apple can not do anything to find the lost device, it all depends on whether you had the Find My iPhone service turned on (and of course whether the device was connected to icloud).
Details:
If you activated the Find My iPhone service (in Settings>icloud), and if the device's batteries still have a charge, the device is not turned off and has not been reset and is connected to wifi, then you can try to track it. Using a computer, log into icloud.com and look at the Find My iPhone page. On a device, invoke the Find My iPhone app (get it for free at the itunes app store) and log into the icloud account.
If the device is listed as "offline", then one of the requirements listed above is not met (like being connected to wifi, or if the device was stolen and the thief reset it). -
My iPod was stolen-existing password? I didn't have one!
No option to establish password on find iPod app because it says it has been reset to existing passcode. I didn't have a passcode! Any way to get around this and set remotely?? My fear is thief set passcode himself. iPod was nearly dead, but we did pick it up in a nearby town this evening. Haven't wiped it yet in hopes it shows up. Stolen by a middle school kid.
Try to wipe it remotely as long as you can still do that. And change all of your passwords for mail etc that were used on the device.

any ideas
If you don't want that your sister reads your messages, on your sister's iPod, open Settings > Messages > Send and Receive, and unmark your mail addresses and phone numbers, so she won't be able to read any of your iMessages

Iphone was stolen!!!
Hi community,
Well just yesterday, i was coming home from work and was assaulted for my iPhone. I guy came up behind me and placed a knife on my neck. I immediately surrendered the iphone because i was fearing for my life. I then called 911 to file a police report. Unfortunately, i didn't have "find my iphone" on Mobile me as i just registered for mobile me's free trial to post this question. Im really sad and angry because there isn't anything AT&T and Apple are willing to do. Im now left without a phone, scared to even walk outside due to the iPhone! Anyone have any idea what i can due? What are my options?Hi there,
If your phone was insured with your carrier, get them to replace it for you. You may also be able to make a claim under your home & contents insurance policy (but the increase in your premium payments might make it more worthwhile to buy a new iPhone off contract).
I hope you're feeling better. -
My iphone was stolen and we actually recovered it using the find my iphone app! Is there a way I can tell what the thief might have looked at in the interim? I know about hitting the home button twice to see recently used apps, but what if they then swiped to close them? i just want to know if this <bleep> was looking through my private info. TIA
Sorry marcia,
There is no way to tell what activity went on on your device when it was out of your hands.
Sorry,

My iphone was stolen, I used find my iphone app, and found that it was offline, however when tried locking mode option, I pressed remove device by mistake. Is there any way I can restore the iphone to my icloud/ apple Id again? No manual backup on laptop
The phone will automatically re-appear when it connects to the Internet. However, don't get your hopes up, as thieves know this & will make sure your phone never re-connects so you can locate it.

A month ago my iPhone was stolen, I turned on Activation Lock but it never came out BUT an hour ago somehow my apple ID was changed and someone removed from the account both my iPhone and iPad and the iPad was also remotely wiped. As soon as I saw it I recover the password and return the access to my iPad. But iPhone is not registered for my apple ID any longer. Can Apple help me somehow? I have all the documents and the iPhone box. Will they lock the iPhone and return me access to it. I'm sure it's been attached to another apple ID.
PS. the apple ID I'm using on the discussons is not the hacked one.Try contacting the Apple account security team and ask: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699.

My iphone was stolen, I was told by an apple employee in canada that sometimes their customers get discounts on the next purchase is this true?
Not from Apple, but if your carrier subsidizes the cost of the iPhone and you are eligible for an upgrade price with a new phone.

My partner's iphone was stolen last week and they have changed the password to her Apple ID. They also have access to her email. She can't change her email password for 1 month. She has bought a new iphone. How can she get it activated?
She may want to contact Apple account security: Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security

I got my iphone 4 a week ago, but i realized that whenever the battery reaches 55% it automatically turns off and will not turn on unless its connected to a power supply (AC charger or USB on pc). I tried hard resetting it but it did not work. Havent restored it. Any idea why is this so? I hope it has nothing to do with the battery.
Hi,
Not that's not normal and is one of the Problems I was having before Restoring as New...
Just make sure you Sync ALL your important Info... Contacts... Music... Etc... to your Computer...
and then do a Restore as New...
i was a bit reluctant at First, because I hadn't done it before... But it was So Easy and am Really Glad I did...
Cheers,

I got an iPhone 4 a week ago. I synced my iTunes once and now I want to change what albums and playlists are on my phone. When I try to do this, iTunes threatens to remove all my apps. Of course, Apple's support is no help. I know there has to be a way to add and remove whole albums and playlists like on the music tab on the device, so please don't tell me to uncheck/delete everything from my iTunes that I don't want and re-sync. That is not helpful and not the issue. How do I get around it threatening to remove all my apps?
On the MacBook, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Advanced > Disable remote control

My iphone was stolen. If i buy a new one and to register with the same Apple ID, my photos will be recovered in the new device?
If you have a backup of the old phone that backup contains camera roll photos. Restore from that backup to get your camera roll photos back

Hi,
My iPhone was stolen before, but luckily i got it back.
Now i cannot activate it with my own Apple ID because the system kept asking me to enter the previous user's Apple ID (yes, the theif)
So I cannot use my iPhone now.
Please kindly tell me what to do and how to do it. I want to use my iPhone with iOS 7!!
Thank you.
JiayiLiDoesn't matter. And if they have any property at all, it's worth the $50 filing fee for small claims court in most places.
If nothing else, filing could force Apple to disclose the email address and other information that was used to activate the stolen phone and lock it, leading to the identity of the thief or someone else involved in the crime.
For me, it would be well worth the $50 even if all I got was an attachment of future wages. Since i don't have the legal right to just shoot the bastage, it's the next best thing.
