Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- Are they listed in your Puchases history when you log into your account on your computer?
- Are they still available now for purchase? If not then you are out of luck

For a card to be accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and to have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. I had to delete the account and re-enter the correct email and password. Hope this helps.

There are far too many possibilities for anyone to guess the real problem. Where are you located? Where did you get the phone? Is it carrer locked? If it is, are you using a SIM for that carrier? Is your wife's phone carrier locked? If so is it to the same carrier as your phone? Have you activated your phone with iTunes? (It won't work with any carrier until it has been activated).

My phone and my mail was working fine until about 3am yesterday. Now it suddenly says my name and password are wrong. imap.gmail.com- says it is incorrect.
1) I try to enter the password again, it still says it is wrong.
2) I went on my computer to use gmail- it lets me in using my password.
3) I updated the software to 5IOS, thinking there was a glitch-the phone was restored in the proceess. After the update, it still does not accept my password.
4) I changed my password on my computer. Iphone still does not accept the new password.
5) I deleted the account, then put it back in with the password, says it will not accept it- so now I have no email account on my phone.
6) I turned off the phone and turned it on again.
None of these things worked, clearly. What am I doing wrong and why did my iphone suddenly decide it did not like my password?

I sent a sms to a friend of mine two days ago, but I got no response.
I contacted NetCom, but the message had not gone out to their net. It had never "left" the phone.
There is no error message on the phone.
Does anyone know what I need to do to get this message sent?

I don't know what SMS provision means..
There is no exclamation mark next to the message, so it seems that the phone thinks it has sent the message. But it has not arrived NetCom's mobile network to be sent to receiver... I don't understand why.

please help, the 2 iphones in my house will no longer accept the wifi password, wifi will not work on either phone. i know the password is correct but still displays `unable to join to the network`

thankyou for your help, i managed to figure it out, heres what i did, it may help others !
In my wifi settings on both phones had my internet provider name. ( this was the one it would not connect to)
I went into OTHERS on the phone wifi menu and retyped the exact provider name and BINGOOOO it worked again..
i have no idea why this worked or why the other one did`nt work but it fixed the problem...now accepts the password i was useing.
i really hope others out there can read this and keep a few more hairs on there head !

IMessage on iPhone will not accept my Apple ID

I am trying to sign into iMessage on my phone with my Apple ID, it will not let me. It shows the iMessage box in Settings as "on", but underneath it reads 'Waiting for Activation'.... waiting for what?? there's no where to sign in and when I do, it says it cannot accept it at this time....

Reminders on iCloud, my iPad mini, MacAir, and Mac mini all sync well. However my iPhone will not sync Reminders with iCloud. It appears to be setup identically to the iPad??

Reminders syncs well with my iPad mini, MacAir, and Mac mini. However my iPhone 5 Reminders does not. Items I enter on one of the devices show-up on iCloud and the other devices except for my iPhone 5. Vice versa if I enter a new item on my iPhone it does not show up on the other devices or iCloud. Essentially the same things happens when I complete an item. When I review how iCloud and Reminders is setup on the iPad and iPhone it appears to be the same.

First check that all your settings are correct, that reminders syncing (calendars on a computer) is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the reminders you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by checking in accounts on an iOS device by tapping the icon with three lines in the top left corner of the screen, or the right side panel by clicking on the small triangle to the right of the word 'Reminders' in iCal on a computer), non iCloud reminders will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your reminders are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking reminders syncing (calendars syncing on a computer) in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling reminders syncing.

Transfering Pictures from Laptop to itunes - Iphone will not accept

I have pictures loaded from a digital camera onto my Vista OS laptop. The pictures were loaded in the windows application for pictures.
The pictures were transferred to itunes however when I went to sync - the error came back that Iphone can not view pictures.
The odd thing about this is when I loaded a Iphone using an xp laptop with the same pictures it worked. I have not been able to figure out why I can not load successfully from the vista OS. Any ideas?

I believe I read somewhere that subfolders can only be used down to one level, i.e. main and one subfolder.
