My iphone applications wont respond, what would i do?

Try doing a reset of all settings. Settings > General > Reset > Reset All settings.
This will not delete any of your apps on the device. It will just rebuild the settings between the iOS and the Apps.

Restart the machine in Safe Mode and attempt to open each app. Also please explain exactly how you are attempting to open the apps. For example, "When I click the Safari icon on the Dock it bounces but does not open." To start in Safe Mode hold down the Shift key when you hear the startup tone unitl a progress bar appears.

I am hoping to switch from being dependent solely on my PC to rarely using it and having freedom to use either more Mac/iPhone and less PC, but I have my MSOffice software on the PC .
I want to sync my iPhone and not lose anything and have a faster experience.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

my iphone 4 ran out of battery and has not turned on since, i have tried resetting, restarting.... installed new itunes, charged it for over a couple of hours, plugged it into my computer and followed all of apples instructions, still it has no life. itunes will not respond, the screen does not show anything at all. it is only about a year old. plase can somebody helpl!

I would be concerned too if my iPhone only displayed a white screen. Thank you for providing all the steps you have already taken. You have tried almost all the recommended steps. The next step is to try restoring your iPhone:
Display shows a white screen
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
If the iPhone will not turn off, try to reset it.
If that doesn't work, try restoring the device.

HT3302 my iphone has water damage what will it cost me to repair it?

I have had a terrible week with sick babies and twisted ankels and to top it off my iphone was knocked off the couch into a cup of water:-( I know it has water damage and am just wondering what it will cost me to have it fixed or replaced?

I'm presuming you do not have AppleCare+, which provides accidental damage coverage, on the iPhone. Apple does not repair iPhones, but will replace the entire iPhone for a flat fee; see the Repair Pricing section here:

There are independent iPhone repair services that may be able to do a repair for less. Do a web search for "iPhone repair". Note, though, that if you elect to have the iPhone serviced by an unauthorized shop, all further warranty will be void.<

Some applications wont open or will 'quit unexpectedly'

I don't know what is wrong. Everything was fine, then some 'Widevine Media Optimizer' started popping up and quitting unexpectedly. I didnt know what it was so I just ignored it. Next thing I know, I can't open Pages, iPhoto, iMovie, Spotify, iTunes, or Kindle (maybe more that I havent tried) Kindle will open for a split second and then 'quit unexpectedly', the others will just bounce for a few seconds and then stop. I dont know what's' wrong and I need Pages for school. Someone help please! haha

Apple's not the one that put it in your jeans. Apple's not the one the exerted excessive pressure onto the device. My iPhone 6 has never had such a bend. Nor have any of the 45 iPhone 6 units I manage.
You damaged it. That's not a defect. That's user abuse. That's not covered under the warranty. And additionally, the warranty of the iPhone is not, and never has been, international. Cite your source for this information. Show us exactly where Apple has ever stated that the iPhone warranty is international.

The power button (top right of iPhone) is used to lock the iphone and power it down.
Does the iPhone ever lock?
Does it shut the screen off when you press it?
Press and hold bring up Slide to turn off?
Setttings > Passcode > Require passcode and set to Immediately

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.
