My iphone crashes

My iphone crashes cuz of 2.0.0 and i cant get it back no matter how i do..stucks on an USB cable and Itunes logo appears on the screen..PLZ HELPDont wont to feel tricked of buying an iphone...

My does the same thing. When I plugged it into iTunes, after downloading the new update, it extracted the files and then got stuck on "waiting for iphone"
I've done this several times and it won't connect to my iPhone.

Bought it from where? I ask because given what you have already tried, it would appear that this iPod needs either service or exchanging for another one.

Some Users have reported that as many as 8 or 9 attempts were necessary before success.

IPhone crashes on Apple ID access

iMessage says waiting for activation. To troubleshoot, I try to go to settings/iTunes App Store and log out then into my apple id. When I do this, the iPhone crashes and I have to power on. Any ideas?

Iphone Crashing and Freezing

Hi! I'm mostly looking to see if I have a lemon or if others are experiencing the same problems I have been having with my iphone. My iphone crashes and freezes several times daily. I have to reboot at least once a day, and often more than that. I've already sent the iphone to apple for repairs, and it came back with the exact same issue. I could live with the $200 dollar decrease in cost, but for that extra 200 dollars, I would love an iphone that is reliable!
Most of the other users I've seen here seem to be experiencing only intermittent crashing, and specifically of utilities...they usually find themselves back in the start screen. My phone is freezing...literally no brain activity. Please let me know if you have the same problems.

I am not sure that you should be subjected to the Freezing and Crashing on a continued basis as you describe.
As I have said before, Resetting and Restoring merely bypasses the fact that you are not fixing the problem but in fact putting a Band Aid on a mortal wound. These freezes are associated with a malfunction in the iPhone, whether it be software or hardware, it is a iPhone problem.
You should get down to the Apple Store and tell them what is happening and either get a replacement or assistance in helping you get your iPhone sent to Applecare.
I would not wait.

I have tried resetting, powering on and off, and restoring the phone many times to no avail. It seems to be mainly the apps connected to the internet, although there are non-internet apps involved. I am running iOS 4.3.3 on iPhone 4 on AT&T. Please help me!

IPhone crashes every time while doing his backup, can´t sync regulary

Every time I try to sync my iPhone with iTunes, the iPhone crashes 1 minute after putting the iPhone into the dock and started the sync process. After the crash, the iPhone icon disappears in the device list and appears again after a few seconds. Then I have to unlock the iPhone again.
The only way to get content on the phone is to delete everything off the phone (unmark addressbook, calender, bookmarks, all music, all podcasts, all videos), do a sync to delete the whole content, then do a second sync, this time with the marked lists. So it´s not a sync, it´s only a one way data transfer to the iPhone.
It´s horrible because it takes a long time to get all movies on the phone every time from the very beginning and it´s not the way I would like to use the phone.
I did complete new installation with resetting the iPhone and a complete fresh installation of OS 1.1.2, nothing has changed.
What can I do?

It sounds like you might have tried this already, but I'd first turn off automatic syncing with your phone and then just try syncing video. And then try syncing calendar. And then try music, etc.
Some folks have reported issues with their mail sync and in this particular case I'd suspect that as a culprit, so I'd leave that sync off until the very end. If it turns out to be the case then you just need to reconfigure your mail properly. But first you need to determine exactly what is happening and only by syncing one category at a time can you figure out where the problem is lurking.

Lost purchased when iphone crashed

After updating the Facebook app, my iphone crashed and I had to restore it. I have not synced to my computer in about 2 months. When I restored my iphone I lost the music that I have purchased in the last 2 months. It wasn't a whole lot, maybe about 25 songs, but still, that's $25 bucks!I have learned my lesson and just won't puchase music using the wifi itunes store ever again. Especially since all was fine until Facebook killed my phone. Please help me get my music back!

IPhone crashes mid-update

While updating for both 1.0.1 and 1.0.2, the iphone crashes and has to be restored, THEN updated. I haven't hacked anything on my iphone, so why is this happenening?
I don't want to lose all my settings and notes just to fix some bugs.

Hard to say on that. I would have it looked at. Have you tried a different USB connection or cable?? I had a bad cable do that to me...

following up some application crashes i noticeed that my log folder contains reports of 94 iphone crashes from 10.6.2 and 10.6.3.
I have never noticed any problems and did not see an onscreen report for any of these "crashes".
does anyone know what this means.? my iphone works perfectly.

First, your iPhone is NOT running iOS 10.6.3.
Second, basic troubleshooting steps are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device. Have you been through ALL these troubleshooting steps?

This has happened to me too! Whatever I do isnt working! Have phoned Apple 3 times and each assistant has given me something new to do and none of them worked! So frustrating!
The help the support website gives is useful, and what they go through with you anyway. Other than that I was advised to try a new cable or USB port or try another computer to restore it on and then 'back it up from restore' on my computer after..
Hope one of these helps you guys! They were no good to me but you never know!!
