My iPhone stopped displaying the full email message.

try doing a reset. hold down the home/power button together until you see the appple logo and then release. wait for the phone to boot back up.

REMOTE app on iPhone does not display Cover Art

I use the Apple REMOTE App on my iPhone to control my iTunes music library on a Mac. The REMOTE App controls the iTunes playback properly. However, the Cover Art for each song does not display on the "song" screen - showing the song currently playing. Across my iPhone screen (where the Cover Art should appear) are the words containing album of the song). The name of the song and album correctly appear at the top of the screen.
What is interesting is that when I hit the back arrow (left side top on song screen), all of the Cover Art appears in small thumbnails. The Cover Art also appears in other displays (for example, the currently-playing Album) using REMOTE on my iPhone. This means that the cover art is being transmitted to my iPhone - HOWEVER IT DOES NOT DISPLAY ON THE SONG SCREEN.
Can anyone kindly help me resolve this - because I would really like the Cover Art to display properly on the song screen. Thank you. Dale

Nezmo, This is really unbelievable. I have suffered from the issue I described for SEVERAL YEARS. Today, for some reason I decided to make this post on the Apple discussion board. And, today the issue was fixed by Apple. I just downloaded the update to the REMOTE app and the cover art now shows beautifully on my iPhone 6 plus. Thanks. Dale

IPhone will not display old emails in saved Outlook/Exchange folders

I have a second generation iPhone with the newest iPhone software. At work we use Microsoft Outlook for emails and my IT friend had previously set up my iPhone to send and receive Outlook emails. I could also access and read/forward/delete old emails that I save in various folders for reference. When Exchange became available he set up my iPhone to use Outlook using Exchange and deleted my old Outlook email account. Now I can see all the folders that have saved emails in them on my desktop computer, but the iPhone will not display any of these old saved emails prior to when he switched me over to Exchange. Is there anything I can do to get these emails back so I can refer to them on my iPhone?

Allan, thanks for that reply. I should have mentioned that I tried to reset that feature under SETTINGS, in which I tried the 1 month and even the NO LIMIT option, but I still can't get the old emailed in those saved items folders to display.

Safari does not display full URL

Safari 6.0.5 will not display full URL until I click in the URL Location bar. For example, the full URL of this page is:

However, in my Safari location bar it displays only the domain level path, i.e.:

Is this new behavior a featue or a bug? Is there any way to make it display the full URL as it has since the beginning of time?

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
If you wish, you may be able to salvage the malfunctioning extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. Its settings will revert to their defaults. If the extension still causes a problem, remove it permanently or refer to its developer for support.

Iphone won't display entire email message, only preview?

Sprint iphone 4Gs will display only preview of email message. When I tap on the preview, it won't display the entire email message, only the preview. Previously worked fine, only recently started doing this.

I recently had a problem with messages too. Try hooking up to itunes and hitting the restore button. You will have to back up your settings again, but it worked to solve my problem. Hope that helps.

Thunderbird does not display images in messages

I've done the recommendation for changing mailnews.message_display.disable_remote_image to "user set" "boolean" and "false" but still don't get images. I'm using Thunderbird 24.3.0, and use Firefox 28.0 as my default browser. I can't find anything else in help or options or tools that addresses this. This happened recently, I used to always either get the images or the choice box for downloading remote images, but don't get that anymore either. Should I download and re-install Thunderbird? If so, how do I ensure that my saved messages and address book is saved intact?

hi i have noticed the same problem. also with Chrome and FP ver 11.5.31.2and Firefox and Safari with FP 11.5.502.110
it seems that MovieClipLoader class not returning onLoadInit event. I use to add a fadein function on loadInit to fade in the loaded images. with the latest Flash PLayer versions this is not activated so you cannot see the loaded images.
I have tested this on 3 different systems and the problem is the same. I have not updated my FP for IE. There, the older FP still works well.

How can I make sure that Iphone does not remove IMAP emails?

Emails that I get first on my iPhone are not on my other computer later. Is there some setting to make sure things are not removed?

Check to see if the account is set up correctly. Al roaminggnome said, this is not how IMAP behaves. Unless...
If it is set up as IMAP, when you delete a message on the phone, it will delete it from the mail store on the server, meaning it will not download to other devices. That's the way IMAP is supposed to behave.

XML Publisher report output in RTF format does not display full page

Hi,
We have one XML Publisher report, the output of report in RTF format is not getting displayed in Full Page in normal way (MS Word -->View menu --> Print layout) but we can see full page display when we do MS Word -->View menu --> Outline.
Appreciate your valuable inputs on this.
Is this a template issue or any profiles needs to be set.

If you have any header and footer then try to adjust it as of to display full page.

I installed 33.3.0. It runs but does not display my email folders or any mail. It's all still there but I just can't see it in the app. WTF?

I'm running Win 8.1 and this installation was an "upgrade" from the previous version of Thunderbird (I've been upgrading for years with no problems.) As well as not displaying my mail, the new version did not pick up my Lightning add-on, it seems to have lost my tags, and it lost my layout preferences.
I'm still receiving mail (I get alerts as usual) it just doesn't show the messages. I seem to be able to create and send messages, but they don't appear in the window either. All I've got is a whole lot of grey space.
All my data seems to be intact - at least the folders are there where they should be in the file system - but I've got nothing to display them with now, so I can't be sure.
Any ideas about what to do? I've tried reinstalling 33.3.0 several times.

Firefox does not display full page

I have an application that is being served from a mainframe HTTPD server. The pages do not display correctly in Firefox. I have a column of icons on the left side of the webpage. Each icon will display information on the rest of the webpage in multiple frames. There is a black bar at the top of the screen. My webpage is above this black bar. I have to pull down the black bar to see my webpage. I also tried this in Firefox safe mode (same results). Every time I click on an icon to open the webpage, I have to pull the black bar down again. How can I get my page to display correctly? I installed the "IE TAB 2 extension" and that didn't help.

I already tested in Firefox safe mode which removed extensions and plugins. I am including 2 files. 1) A screen shot with the black line at the top of the screen. 2) A screen shot when I pull down the black line. When I pull down the black line, the application webpage is visible. Note: I have a dual monitor setup so the captured Paint screens are twice as wide.

Firstly try simply turning your iPhone off completely (press and hold the sleep button until you see the 'Slide to Power Off' message) and then turning it on again.
If still nothing, then try a network reset by going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings follow the prompts and your iPhone will then reboot.
If still nothing you will need to contact EE as data may not have been provisioned properly on your account, which sometimes happens especially on new EE accounts. Is this a new EE plan or have you had it a while?

Mail in Mountain Lion does not display all HTML messages

For some reason Mail app stopped siplaying most HTML messages. I haven't changed any settings but can't seem to figure out how to make mwaagwa qirg HTML display the way they used to. Thanks in advance!

how do you log into hotmail at work? via webmail interface? hotmail provides POP email access only when using an email clienet and you probably have Mail set to remove messages from server after downloading them. go to Mail preferences->account->advanced and check those settings. you can change them to leave messages on server or to remove them from server only when they are moved from the inbox.

Retina MacBook does not display full resolution in apps

Hi everyone,
I was trying to run a few games, urban strike and tribe to be exact and when I set resolution to 2880x1800 only top left quarter comes on, I cannot see anything else. Tried with 1440x900 resolution and still getting same results. I don't know if apps are trying to scale but I cannot run them full screen. Running windowed mode works just fine. My resolution is set to Best for Retina, I also tried using resolution changer to set the screen to 2880x1800 and still seeing the same result in the full screen apps, any ideas?

Does not display full pages(2/3's at most)of gfames,facebook,etc...

When using Firefox the full screen will not come up. Instead about 2/3 of a screen comes up. This only after the home page. Home page is ok.
