One week ago I wanted to pre-order new Daft Punk album in Itunes. pushed the button, but I didn't have money on the card, so I couldn't do it. Today I put some money to the card, pushed the "pre-order" button on the Random Access Memories album and... Nothing! It writes that I have already done it. But I didn't spend any money. And I can't find it in the folder with stuff bought before. Sorry for my russian english. Help me!

yesterday I was using it normally as I always do, I setted up my alarm to wake me up this morning and it didn't :S and now that I woke up I see that it doesn't turn on!!! I just left it on my night table right next to me, I left my iPhone and on top of it I put my iPod and I went to sleep and now it just doesn't turn on I thought maybe it didn't had any battery but also it doen't want to charge, I tryed with the regular charger and then on my computer and it doesn't want to!!! I don't know what happend S: there is no possibility that any sort of liquid spiled on it and it didn't fell to the ground or anything like that so I don't really know what happened it doesn't work or what? can someone help me please!!!

yes I tried that but it didn't work, it usually does work but this time I don't know why it didn't!!!! and I freaked out :S just know I tryed it and it worked when I pressed the power and home button at the same time usually I do that when I want to reset the phone not restart it :S so I didn't do it before it was weird I don't know why this happened but thank you for your help

Reboot your computer and the iPhone for starters.
If you're on a Windows PC, connect the iPhone and open your Device Manager. To do that, click your Start Menu and do a search for Device Manager. Or if you're on Windows 8, open the Charms Menu on the right side and do the search from there. Once in the Device Manager, go down to Portable Devices and click the small arrow to open the sub-menu. One should say Apple iPhone. Right click on that and try to Update Driver Software. If that doesn't work, you can uninstall the driver, unplug the phone, then plug it back in to get it to reinstall the driver. That might take care of it.
Are you able to get a hold of a different Lightning cable just to be sure it's not your cable? I've seen instances where these cables get bent or twisted, especially at the Lightning connector end, and the wire inside the sheathing breaks even though the outside looks fine.

I have heard some rumors circulating that the iPhone won't be available at retail price on the pre-order date. Is this true? Because I plan to watch the site for the first availability of pre-order so I have the phone first, if not before the people who purchase in stores. I would think not because I have heard a lot of people plan to pay retail if necessary like I do.

Switching from AT&T & want to pre-order

I am going to switch over from AT&T and come over to Verizon Wireless for the new iPhone. Any ideas of how I should do the pre-order since I don't have an account with Verizon Wireless? Should I do a pre-order through Apple or Verizon Wireless?

I am sure you are eager to listen to Marc Anthony's new album. I recommend first trying to check for available downloads by going to Store > Check for Available Downloads from the iTunes menu.
If the album is still not downloading, I recommend trying to download it from your list of purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the songs, you will not be charged for the songs. You can find the steps to do this under the section titled "Apps, Books, Music, Movies, or TV shows on iOS" in the following article:

Now for something completely different.... status of iPhone 6+ 128GB Space Grey pre-order?

Yes, just like everyone else asking the same question on this form, I placed a pre-order on 9/12 and received my emailed order confirmation from VZW at 2:26 pacific time. Now I get NO information from the Order Status page - only "We received your order and it is in process." and "Shipping Date: Not available at this time." ... both of which tell me nothing.
So here we are on 9/16 more than four days after my pre-order was placed and that's the best Verizon Wireless could do? I realize they are handling millions of orders, but I find it hard to believe that they really haven't worked through the first 2 1/2 hours of orders yet .... after four days?
PS - Verizon Wireless Customer service - don't bother sending me a link to the Order Status page that I am already checking far too often.

Good question! Best Buy currently doesn't offer full game downloads for either the Xbox One or Xbox 360. Instead, we carry branded currency codes for full game downloads via the Xbox Marketplace. If you're interested in pre-loading Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, then you'll need to purchase an Xbox Live card and redeem it right away.
As far as other platforms are concerned, it's my understanding that Sony does not currently support pre-loading of any retail digital purchases. This may change in the future, but for the time being, no digital codes purchased at any retailer for the PS3 or PS4 will work for pre-loads. On the other hand, we do support PC digital pre-loading on a limited basis. This option varies by title, but customers simply need to unlock the game on Steam to begin pre-loading if available.
