Maybe it is locked to a foreign network. You need to contact that network to ask about getting it unlocked.

Get a micro-SIM from the carrier in Mexico that you don't have to manually cut down. If that carrier doesn't provide one, switch to another carrier that is not so low-budget. -

I called walmart coz I bought it there and they told me that they have not heard that before but if I can't fix it, just return it and exchange it with anew one since I have 14 days to do that. Yes to receive an iMessage the recipient would need an iOS device (iPhone, iPod, iPad) and an internet connection. This is a messaging serviceprovided by Apple so the recipient does not need to check emails. If the contact does not have internet access at the time the iMessage is sent then a normal SMS through your carrier can be sent instead if you have "Send as SMS" turned on in Settings>Messages.

I have recently updated my CC programs to the latest version (CC2014) and now all of my files wont open by default into their respective programs, only if I open the program and go to file>open and open the file from there. How can I fix this?
I have tried 'Open with' and the version of the program now installed on my computer isn't even suggested as an option and when I browse for it, the file wont open with it anywayOn Windows (don't know about Mac), the latest version will always take over the file association, and become the default for indd files. It's impossible to change it.
But there is a plugin for ID that makes this possible. Never tried it myself.

The home button on my iPad has became faulty, it works sometimes although you have to press it really hard. Can Apple fix this for me?
They might be able to. If it's an iPad 2 then it is still within the warranty period, so as long as it's due to accidental damage it might be fixed/replaced free of charge. Have you tried contacting Apple ? I don't know what country you are in, and whether you are near an Apple store, but you could try looking on this page for your service options.
Before you do that you could try a reset and see if it that helps : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons (assuming that it works) for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
I have downloaded the HD version of a movie from itunes, but when I sync it to my iPad 2 it will not play. It appears that it is on the iPad, but it will not play. Is this because it is HD, and if so is there a way to change it from being HD? Thanks
I'm having a similar problem ... just used my iPad 2 to purchase the Bourne trilogy and it downloaded fine but I did not try to play it right away. Then I plugged the iPad into the computer and it downloaded the SD versions of the movie and I used iTunes to sync my movies. Then I tried to play it and it said it could not open the movie. I then did a full iPad restore and did a fresh sync and now I get the Cannot Opne pop up. Did you ever find an answer to your question?

Open System Preferences and go to Accessibility. Next, select Display from the source list along the left, then check the box labelled Reduce transparency.
