My font size for typing and receiving emails is stuck in large and I can not reset it using, settings, mail, font size buttons.

Jim, where were you when i asked the same question a couple of months ago?! After updating software two months ago my email font was stuck in large and couldn't get it to change. posted issue on forum, called apple support, went to genius bar, went to 1 to 1 and NO ONE could figure it out. Your solution is right on. You the man Jim!

Currently I am using the gmail server to transmit and receive email - I am using Mail on a MacBook, and an iPhone. Works just fine.
However, I was wondering if the iCloud can be set up to also provide this same function?
If so how do we achieve this?

Unable to send and receive email for external domain

I just installed Exchange Server on my 2K8 domain controller. I have set up the send connector and made necessary changes to the receive connector as well. I have updated the DNS records as well on my domain registrar. I can access OWA from outside my companies
network and is able to send and receive emails for my domain but unable to send or receive emails to any other domain. I have checked the delivery report and it says that the message has been queued on the server.
I also did nslookup. Results mentioned below:

According to your description, I notice that you installed Exchange server on a DC.
It is not recommended to install Exchange server on a DC. I suggest install Exchange server on a member server. More details to see:

About your issue, cannot send and receive externally, I suggest make sure the DNS can be resolved first.
Then, check whether Outlook Anywhere has been enabled. If not, please enable it on both Exchange server and Outlook client side.
Last, try to configure both Send Connector and Receive Connector.
More detailed error message will be helpful for the further troubleshooting.

I think it's trying to open it in a gMail eMail & is losing your gMail password that it needs log into gMail, but not 100% positive.
Have you tried Right clicking or Control+click on the eMail link & choose Copy? Works on some, not others.

I recommend you use the Test-EdgeSynchronization cmdlet to check if the subscribed Edge Transport servers have a current and accurate synchronization status. If you have configured EdgeSynchronization successfully, please delete send connector
on Hub transport server.
Please uncheck "anonymous users" on receive connector for Hub server.
Please follow the ExchangeITPro's suggestion to check DNS MX record.

Problems sending and receiving emails using exchange when on wifi - OK when using Sim Card

I've an iphone 4S using Exchange to link up with company server, this works fine when using 3G - phone's Sim Card. But when I join a wifi network I can no longer send and receive emails until I disconnect from the wifi network.
Has anybody any ideas?

you need to make sure the following is met:
1- router is correclt setup and antennas are plugged
2- users are withint good range from the router
3- use a good channel for the router, one of either 1, 6 or 11. try to figure out which is the best channel to choose using a freeware site survey tool.
4- ssid configuration doesn´t involve eap and session timeouts.

If you don't know your password, don't know your security questions and don't have a rescue address or don't receive a reset email, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

I want to drop yahoo as my email provider, so how do I send and receive email using my @me account. Using yahoo, you go to yahoo, then mail and your good to go. I'm not a tech expert and fairly new to apple products and would like the improved security of an apple address.

Exchange 2007 - User's mailbox disappeared in EMC but they can still send and receive email

We have a user that was complaining about not being in the address book anymore. After I did a little rooting around in management console I noticed that their mailbox was no longer listed under Recipient Configuration -> Mailbox, but what's weirder
is I can do a search and find her listed in the results - at which point I can right-click her name and do everything I normally can with no problem. Listing all of the mailboxes with PS shows her still there too. As far as I know, she is the only user
having this problem.
She can send and receive email just fine, but like I said, she is no longer in the global address list so other users have trouble sending her stuff. At her computer, I tried repairing her email (under account settings) but the process would fail when
searching for her settings. I don't know if this is a stupid thing to add, but I did run Clean-MailboxDatabase on our first storage group to see if her mailbox had been deleted or disconnected or whatnot but nothing is currently showing up in Recipient
Configuration -> Disconnected Mailbox.
Some info on our setup:
Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2003r2
AD is on Windows Server 2008r2
Her computer is running Outlook 2010
I did restart our Exchange server 2 days ago to update VMWare tools, but no Windows updates were installed. She couldn't tell me exactly when this problem started, but it was more-than-likely in the last couple of days as she was recently married and
I had to change her name in AD and Exchange - so everything was confirmed 100% functioning 2-3 weeks ago.
I'm at a lost for what the issue could be, but then again Exchange isn't exactly my forte, so any help would be much appreciated.

First things first - is her mailbox hidden from address lists? Run
Get-Mailbox <alias> | Fl HiddenFromAddressListsEnabled to find out. It probably isn't, but we need to clear this, just in case.
Now, assuming it is not hidden, have you searched for both her maiden and married names in your directory? Often, when the name on a mailbox is changed, the display name is not - and vice versa. Also, has her email address also changed?
If so, has a secondary proxy address been added to reflect her maiden name? I'd do this, just to be sure things aren't lost that should be delivered to her.
I can't think of anything else obvious right now. After you've checked these things, get back to us with their results.

TS3899 When at home using our home wireless I can send and receive emails on my iPad no problem. When using other wireless networks I can send emails to people who share the same Internet provider but not others. Why?

Is the wireless provider the issue? I can receive emails everywhere I go but in some locations can only send to a limited number of email addresses.

I suspect that the issue is the SMTP server settings. On your home network you are using your providers SMTP server and all is fine (If you check your email account configs you will find that the SMTP server is set to your providers?).
When you use a different network (provider) mail will not be sent unless you use that networks (providers) SMTP server (this is a security issue to address ways of "spamming").
So if youre 3G/4G provider is the same as you home provider all will work well via your home WiFi. If you turn off WiFi and just use your 3G/4G connection to send mail (iPhone/iPad etc) all will work well (when you are out and about and using anothers WiFi network).
If you are connected to, say a MacDonalds WiFi, mail will probably not be sent. (It will be received though).
Using WEB mail interface (via your WEB browser) removes this problem as well.
(A SMTP server is what is used to send email. So to successfully use anothers (not a networks the same as your providers) WiFi network and send email via it, you must know the SMTP servers name and reconfigure your email account/s to use that server to send mail.)

Mail (5.3) OS X 10.7.5 mail program crashing when opening an email with attachment. Any suggestions out there? I can open the mail program...send and receive emails...click on emails without attachments with no problem.

I am having a problem successfully opening an email containing attachment. I can open the mail program...send and receive emails...and view emails that do not contain attachments. But whenever I click on an email containing an attachment, I get the spinning beach ball for a few seconds and then the entire program closes. I don't think an interactive portion of a PDF is an obscure problem (lots of designers I know use rollable PDF files for emailing 3D models) and while I understand that it's in a legacy program, there is no guarantee if I purchase Acrobat X, that the same problem won't exist. It's no an issue in Reader 10 but then again, it wasn't an issue in Reader 9 either. Since Adobe doesn't give trial versions for Mac (stupid), I have no way of checking this. The problem doesn't annoy me as much as being an Adobe product user who upgraded only to not have functionality and not have a way to have it resolved.

I have a full strength wifi signal (currently at home and with my personal hotspot) but apps that need the internet including google chrome and safari do not search. Safari says "safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding." other apps just spin like it is searching for a signal or something. there is another question in Exchange 2013, when i tired to the send and receive email by using POP3, the outlook always popup a windows ,the error message is "ERR Logon Failure, Unknown user name or password ". I can fully confirm that the username
and password is correct.
The Exchange confguration as below,
POP3 : 995 SSL
SMTP : 587 TLS
