My iphone froze on a page for half an hour or so, no reaction and it restarted back on again

Question

I opened a page on safari to type a website, half way when i was typing it froze it would'nt let me click anything and it didn't let me turn off or go back to the home page, the iphone was frozen like this for half an hour or so and afterwards it restarted back on. Then i went on to check the crash reports and it showed up like this.

Did you end up solving this ? I have the exact same issue. All this started happening after upgrading to iOS 7.1 :(
