My iPhone had blue stickers inside when I had the battery replaced. Is my phone a refurbished model?
I have been having battery problems lately and my friend fixes iPhones. He told me he would install a new battery for me. When he opened the phone, he noticed 2 blue stickers with the number 15 on them and a fingerprint on the screen. He said the only time he has seen something like this is on a refurbished phone. I bought my phone new in 2012 and have never had any work done on it before. Is there anyway I can find out if my phone was refurbished?

Apple sells new iPhones, and refurbished ones. Legitimate non-Apple vendors will sell new or used iPhones. Therefore if yours was not refurbished it was either new or used. A refurbished iPhone will most certainly not have any fingerprints on the screen.
It hardly matters any more though, if your friend opened the iPhone, Apple will no longer touch it.

Could be a battery problem. You'll have to visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider to Apple Store to get it checked for hardware issues.

So I know that If you get your battery replacement (within warranty) an apple store will give you a refurbished model of your old iPod, but what if I want to change the color from the one I have now (white) to a new color (black) is that allowed? Or do I have to get the same exact model as my previous one? Also does the same principle apply in China as it does in the US, or not?

I dont have any contact detail of that person whom i had bought this phone..If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for a previous owners Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative. You must contact the previous owner to get permission to use the device. If you cannot contact the previous owner return the device to where you bought it and get a refund. You will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.

Update - I deleted/re-added my account. Same issue. Also, no my Exchange calendar won't sync. Issue appears to be on the Exchange server. I see the following errors in my iPhone log:

I have upgraded my iPhone 4s to iOS7. Now my podcasts I have added to ITunes and synced with iPhone do not open. When I touch the screen like in the old iOS6, nothing happens. What is the solution?

I just bought the new MacBook Air a few days ago and my Internet connection is so slow. My iPhone's connection works fine when connected to the wifi but the MacBook connects for a few seconds then drops completely. What do I do? I tried connecting it to my phone's hotspot and it works perfectly. I'm a new Mac user so I have no idea what to do. I have Comcast xfinity cable and Internet. Thanks for the help.

I have followed all relevant steps, my iPhone5 and apple TV are connected to the same wireless network, but I still cannot use airplay. When I choose the airplay option on my phone, the only option I get is "iPhone"

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Check AirPlay is turned on on the Apple TV (turn it off and on if it already is)
Check that both devices are on the same network (Settings > Wifi, on the mobile device and Settings > General > Network, on the Apple TV).
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
Restart your mobile device. -

My iphone 5 don't open when i slide the screen. It does nothing at all. It's just 3weeks since i used it.
Reset, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone begins to restart itself, ignore the "slide to power off", let the iPhone restart itself. Usually take about 10 seconds of holding both buttons.

Hi all, I'm trying this morning to make the backup of my iPhone from 32 gigabytes. When I start the synchronization and backup I get written'' iTunes could not back up iPhone because an error occurred. I tried it on another iphone (4) and everything works fine. I have an iPhone 5 and just recently when I opened the camera there is a big black border around the screen causing the picture itself frame to be smaller I don't know what I did to cause this or what I can do to make it go away can anyone help/
First off, try a reset of the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone restarts, see if the problem persists.
