My iphone has internet connection and i can connect to the app store,but wen i go2 download stuf i hve to review my account 1st as i havent downlaod nething yet.. after i enter the card details it says your request is temporarily unavailable
my iphone has an internet connect and can browse safari, and it can also connect to the app store, but wen i go to download anything it says i have to review my account.. so i enter all my details and card details and move on to the next step.. but it says "cannot connect to itunes " and " your request is temporarly unavailable"

thanks for your posting, it just reflects my experience (although I didn't contact the helpdesk, but after what you wrote I think I can skip that part). I am livin in China and buy from the German MS, worked fine until about a week ago when the download of an album stopped just after 5 songs. I have never been able to connect to the shop ever since.
The interesting thing is, that I get a response from their server in the domain phobos.apple.com (phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/storeFront) which I would interpret that there can't be a problem which they always list (Antivirus, Firewall etc...)
So will there ever be somebody from Apple who is going to give a better explanation how to solve the problem ? Or are there already too many people buying iPods and music ???

If i click on the download button in the purhased section nothing happens. if i go into the App store and click download on Mountain Lion there it looks like it is starting to download and opens Lauchpad but it never moves off 'waiting'.

I purchased mountain lion in the app store but it won't download
I bought OS X Mountain Lion in the App Store on my Macbook. It asked for my computer password and itunes accont password. After I entered them a button labeled "Download" replaced the "$19.99" button. When I click on the button a small whirling symbol appears above it but dissapars after a second and nothing begins to download. I tried to hit the apple in the upper left hand corner of the screen and select software update but it doesn't appear happens. What should I do?

First of all, restart your Mac and resume the download. To resume the download, open App Store > Purchases, and press the Resume button next to OS X Mountain Lion.
If it doesn't work, open Finder, go to Applications folder and delete the OS X Mountain Lion installer. Then, open App Store > Purchases, and download Mountain Lion again -

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

After upgrading to Yosemite I have lost iPhoto. It has a cross through it in Finder, but I clicked on it and I was directed to download the latest version from the App store, but it is not available in the Australian store. Can anyone please help? I am not an advanced user and I would like my photos back, having had no idea I would lose iPhoto in the upgrade!
Thanks petermac87...but for some reason, the only purchases showing are OS. So assuming iPhoto is in Mountain Lion, I was hoping to look under Hidden Items there as you suggested, but there is no option for that. Only option is to download Mountain Lion again, not iPhoto specifically. Any ideas welcome!

Have you redeemed your iTunes card to an account associated with an Apple ID?
Once you have your iPad associated with an Apple ID AND you have an account with a credit card associated with the same Apple ID AND you have some 'store credit' (from redeeming your iTunes card) then purchases use the store credit before they charge the credit card, so you should be ok!
Personally, I use 'store credit' as a way to monitor whether or not there have been any 'unauthorised' purchases because as soon as the store credit is zero, the security code from the credit card is needed for further purchases! It does mean that I have sometimes to top up store credit before making a purchase, but 'better safe than sorry'! -

Please help me !I believe apple no longer accepts debit cards in some countries. Try a credit card instead. Go to settings/iTunes and App Store tap on the ID then then tap on view apple ID and log in then tap on account info and have a look at the billing options available to you
