You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

Thank you for your reply, I did go to my general settings, but for some odd reason I don't have a restrictions setting, or a reset setting. I thought I could reset all the setting to see if it could be that, but as I said there aren't any.
My husband also has the iPad 2, and also did the software update and hasn't had any problems at all. I took both iPad's and compared the settings thinking maybe there could be a setting that could have been changed when the update was done. -

Since iOS 7.1 my phone won't turn on and is asking me to connect to iTunes. I connect to itunes and it says it needs to be restored. Not sure why. I try to restore it and then it says something went wrong and it won't work. So I've been without my phone for a couple days now. It gives me error code (29). The phone almost reboots and then 3/4 of the way through it gives me the error message.

Hi, I dropped my i-phone 4 down the toilet 6 days ago and have left it in rice to dry out. When i try turning it on there is no power. I connected to charger and the apple sign appears. Hi.. My internet and wifi are working on samsung phone and hp laptop but its not getting connected to iphone ipad, only skype is coming online rest all apps and safari show no internet connection. Got new linksys router WRT160NL , but situation same. Tried reboot, renew lease, forget network, reset network setting. Pls advice
Have you tried a simple reset of your iPod to see if that helps? To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
Otherwise, have you tried any of the troubleshooting mentioned in this Apple support document?

As per attached wireless design I have two outdoor access points connected to cisco 5508 controller, everything is working fine only problem is that when I connected iPhone 4,5 and 6 it's showing connected and working! only not showing wireless icon on top of screen (see the attached icon), but when I connected to Android like Samsung it's showing connected and showing icon as well top of screen.
Advanced thanks and highly appreciateI have an iPhone 4, 5 & 6 and when successfully connected to the controller all does have the wireless icon on the top left. I don't think they are connected to the wireless... Might be associated, but not authenticated. Look at the client on the controller and see if they are in the policy state: RUN If they are not in the RUN state, then they are not connected.
